This was a fun and enjoyable video, JR. The cave looks so cool and interesting to visit. I shared this video with my grandson because he would enjoy seeing that cave. Sorry to hear about the mishap you had with the rental. All the food looked so good! I can’t remember the restaurant we ate at but we really enjoyed walking around Kokusai Dori Street😊

I was in Okinawa & Philipines in 60 & 61, I was in the Marines ~ Olongapo was my favorite place, beautiful girls galore.~People that have never been there probably won't believe some of my sea storys. ~I still think about those good old days.~USA

Thanks for the videos, amazing. Never knew Okinawa was so nice. Deployed there 6 months with both the Marine and Seabees, pulled in aboard ship a few times but never was able to explore the island, always had to send most of paycheck home

Indeed, 58 was unusually quiet when I videoed that part, but later that night the motorcycles revving their engines brought it back to reality haha

I remember leaving Rocker Club at closing. Drive out Gate 2 and out there we would run in to them. But they would be heavy out on the backside of Camp Foster.

Its cheap over here for travel once you are based over here. Even Japan and South Korea were decently priced , cheaper than most places in US
US tariffs are not fun for travel.
This is turning out to be a really great series JR, damned shame about the camera rules, but I'm blaming that Jonny Somali ass up in Tokyo. He went out of his way to be an Ugly American, and he succeeded ! I haven't seen any of his videos on here lately, but I ain't been looking either. I'm starting to get a positive vibe about Okinawa, I enjoyed my trips thru there but they were always very short, and mostly at night. My shop would go eat at a place called The Four Seasons Steak House, is that still in business ?
Thanks John, yes Jonny jackass Somali got his channel banned from YT which is a good thing, he was a jackass plain and simple. I used to eat at 4 seasons as well unfortunately the one out gate 2 is gone, also another good place was Genghis Khan Mongolian BBQ and that too has disappeared. Some good places still there though
