I love the sound of the ortofon clubs, but I won't scratch or do much back-cueing with them because they're eliptical. They'll "dig in" more to the record groove. I have the ortofon scratch needles for that, and one of the club one for ripping vinyl and for just listening.
Concorde Clubs sound frikkin amazing on conventional vinyl.
Hell yeah! Don't scratch with them, though, at least not on vinyl you care about.

I have the same setup and I was having the same problem with the table!
For the old table you could’ve got the ikea legs and they are adjustable, put one in the middle and one on each side, but the new table looks very nice

Hey Barr, I do not recall seeing a Link for that Table, it looks pretty cool. I am 6'4", so that would be good for me to go All The Way Up. If I had that table, I could store some DJ equipment under it because using an X-Stand to practice sucks and it takes up most of my Little Studio Room.The only thing is that I need a table not as wide as the one you have, I need it as wide as my Pro-X Case for my DDJ1000, same case you have. Any suggestions?

Hi dj barr hows it going ,there is a company its called hoarboard the dj booths are around the price of $1083.06 thats for a controller model it could be different fot the turntable model because instead of one install for a controller its three different ones two for a turntable each right and left end and then in the middle the mixer portion. You could check it out i say $1083.06 because thats the price for a controller version of the booth.

DJ ANT a pair of (direct drive) Turntables or CD players of your liking. A 2 channel mixer if you don’t already own one, a set of closed back head phones. A mic if this setup is for gig use. A pair of speakers. A pair of dj needles a laptop running whichever dj software you like (Serato, tractor, rekordbox, Virtual DJ etc.) and power strip. Hope that helps. There are ton of videos and info coving this topic. A quick google search will covering you everything you need.
And the Serato Time Code Vinyl and I believe its a expansion price to use the timecode vinyl Stanton t92 tables if u on a budget is a great table to get and if u dont have mixer the higher end Ddj controllers u can use with turntables as well

Hey Barr, silly question, but what is that mic stand you have? Looking to fix my set up too (all DJs are doing this now!) and want something where my mic is stationary like yours was. And BTW, the setup your looking for is what most House DJs use too. Go on IG and check out Briantappert’s (head of Traxsource) set up.

Zaor makes some very good home studio furniture. I can’t say that it is not just your table that the turn tables are on unfortunately. I’ve been playing vinyl professionally for 36 years and I hate to say it but I’m also an audio engineer and I did everything I could to beef up these pioneer turntables. But they suck unfortunately. They have so much feedback and just noise in general that they are fucking horrible compared to technics.

Advice: Don't just upgrade your speakers because you don't like the gap caused by the smaller ones! If it does the job then who cares? It is only you that is most likely to see it on a day to day basis.

PLX-1000 turntables are like any other Hanpin motor deck. They are just about ok for timecode use, but very poor for mixing real vinyl.
You might as well buy reloop as they are exactly the same inside the case, and save yourself a lot of money.
But, Pioneer fanboys are brilliant for the shops, they will buy Pioneer anything just for the badge, and pay 3 times the price.......
