Not weave, it’s a wig which is even more impressive. Weaves are sown down so they’re not going anywhere. Wigs are partially glued only near the hairline area so they can become unglued, hers didn’t despite all that movement, wind and possibly sweat

I used to smoke weed. I know alot of people that smoke or smoked weed. To be honest I now feel pot just does not lead to good things for most people. I watched friends struggle with addiction to it and also watched as it contributed to behaviors that set people's lives on a regressive path. I do not think legalization will contribute to the betterment of our society. I think weed is a distraction for many people that hinders their ability to remain balanced in life especially with the strength of the weed available today. Does anyone else think the fact that we as a society are so preoccupied with substance use that it is causing incredible damage to the point of being a factor that will contribute to a total societal collapse in America. Can you imagine 100,000 people dying last year of opiate overdose and fentynol poisoning wow let that sink in.

Toward the end she started moving her arms so fast too it was like revving her up. She does make it look easy though.
I was in soccer and cross country for 7+ years and we were always taught to pace ourselves well and run with really wide strides, her form is great. relaxed arms help to keep endurance and if you want to speed yourself up you push your arms harder, that's probably why she did it towards the end in order to finish strong
