    Great video with very nice music. 🥰🥰🥰The exercises are very good. 👍👍👍I'm already excited to see how the exercises will be received in my group. 🤔Some will not be able to do some exercises. Well, in my group that I look after, nobody is under 90 years old. Dear Hee Sook, thank you very much for this beautiful video and not only for it.
