    This is so true!! Everytime i eat a bunch of black beans, the next day i notice that I have much more energy and increased exercise endurance. This "anti nutrients" dramas that people have are just stupid excuses they give not to eat vegetables and legumes. Great video man!

    I mix kidney beans and black beans and pinto beans and some white beans and bought frozen mixed veggies and added to the beans, I try to eat it with a little potatoes, fry, or tater tot form, or with rice, or with biscuit's, or with some tortilla's to help keep full. I been weighing 182 for long time and now I'm 162 in weight, I was so surprised in such a short time 2-3 weeks being consistent with beans and veggies and some potatoes, or with rice, or such. I also don't do anything and at home and with just diet alone, I lost the weight and I feel so much better and healthier and my stomach so flat and that is really exciting for me. Beans are a super food and when eating many varieties of beans, I hope to enjoy all the varying benefits of all the beans together, for my health to improve.

    Awesome! I make a huge stew full of lentils, black beans, and vegetables that I make about once a week and warm up a bowl whenever I want daily. 👍

    How can you digest it better?? Black beans gives me lots of gas,how can I avoid the gas when eating black beans?

      Study show that after 3 to 4 weeks, the gas goes away. It’s just the American public, which is afraid of a little gas… all the rest of the world eats beans … even Dr. Greger shows that the biggest predictor of longevity is eating beans the more you eat the longer you live … Dr Haider … I eat 30 oz of beans daily… Dr Haider 😃🙏🏻❤️☮️🌎

      Take a little activated charcoal when you eat beans, and that will help with the gas… there was an amazing study where they told people they were going to give them beans, but they didn’t …and they ended up with gas anyway, it’s a head game 😂

      I talk about that in the video... new studies show Phytates are not a problem at all ... in fact, the people who eat the most Phytates with plant based diets are the healthiest of all ... Dr Haider 😀🙏🏻❤️
