Love how you stated fear is about uncertainty of our future and the anti-thesis is to make a plan to tackle the fear, to help us step into the future such that it has the potential to work and alleviate that fear.

I relate to the fear of social media because I don't have confidence in my skills to put myself there...but I am willing to try it! Thanks again to both of you for your input and lessons here.

Wow, it was good to watch this. I could feel the anxiety level go down as the coaching session went on. I'm sure many people can relate to this client and most importantly Ajit helped her work through her concerns with tools she already knew. The most important take-a-way was listening to Ajit respond in a way that lets her know she was heard.

This has been very impactful for me as I'm pretty much at similar stage in my life, when I just left my corporate career to pursue entrepreneurship! Had a few of my own AHA moments!
    Thanks!

I can so relate to this fear of online business. I find it a little harder than connecting in person. It’s the fear of not knowing if you’re being over exposed or being set up. Everything one hears about the need to be careful online.
I have issues with figuring out what I want to charge. Should charge. This is great to see others having similar issues. ❤️

Is this an example of a business coaching conversation?
