Daniel T you’re talking about the Laurin klement vehicle, which has leather ventilated seats and it can be specced in both tdi or tsi, including the top engines for both options. This is the sportline that comes exclusively with alcantara seats, and alcantara seats don’t need ventilation because they don’t get hot in the summer like leather.
Have seen in real life, really turns heads, the Octavia isn't bad but no where near as good looking.. Fun fact, exterior design styled by the person that did the Bugatti Chiron/Veyron!
Justin, I tested other cars but the Superb was the best of them for my then unique purposes - I needed a lot a load capacity to carry musical equipment for my son’s band and that had to be equal to the capacity of the Toyota Kluger I then had for a work vehicle; it had to be able to be serviced in the workshop of my then work (a very large local council) and it had VW vehicles on fleet; it could not be too overtly sporty or prestigious as it was purchased by that council employer (Skoda is not well known and the council serviced a community that was sensitive to excessive salaries and packages for senior execs); I wanted higher performance than the Klugers I had been driving as work vehicles; it had to stack up as a business case against a top line Kluger AWD and it did. When I left employment with that Council I purchased the Superb and still have it - not a problem in 95000km. If I return to work for that employer, which is a small chance, I would get them to supply me with a new Suoerb Sportline wagon!
@@brianglendenning1632 it's a vehicle that has just recently caught my attention and it looks fantastic in the sportline trim.its in the running along with some SUVs but that market is saturated.ive been an estate owner with many manufacturers as I play drums and just like big estate cars.this is certainly a vehicle il look forward to test drive as you seem to get so much for your money.

Did you test drive other manufacturers cars or did you already know you wanted the superb and the test drive sealed the deal?
