    I love the long lunge. I also do it with my hands supported sometimes and pulse up and down

    I really liked the cue of the small toes, as well as pulling the front hip back into its socket

    I also found out how effective the horse 🐴 stand is in developing flexible hips. Thanks Tom for all your free videos ☺️.

    Been really liking your videos, Tom! since December I've been making some really good progress in my flexibility and I'm working towards the front splits now. My body has never felt better!

    "So with those things in mind, we very simply just need to do this movement" (3:46), love the chuckle after that sentence :D Great vid, thanks Tom

    My favorite cue for this drill, is to shift as much weight as possible to the rear leg

    What do you think of the horse stance hold? Similar benefits for lateral flexibility/middle splits

    Great video! I really liked it! Thank you! One thing that I miss in this video, is how to get into the position. What should the setup look like? I would love to here your thoughts on it! Thank you!

      Getting into the deep lunge is very tricky for me. Once I get there I am fine, but the setup is very confusing

    Usually i get into mobility/stretch after the workout and 3-5 sets on leg day would be a bit too much for me. How many would you suggest? Or is it ok if i do it the day after?

    Bro, you are doing a nice job but your middle is totally out place. Half of all what you are doing is lumbar hypermobility

    • @BodyweightWarrior
      @BodyweightWarrior  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      that is how front split will look, you won't get anywhere close without lumbar extension too

    • @jording1443
      @jording1443 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@BodyweightWarrior I think front splits are a beautiful hip mobility expression. Hip mobility isn't (erectors and psoas managed) APT. If you do it that way is okay, I am not saying that it is a bad job or it doesn't deserve appreciation but if it happens that way you are losing your core, there is poor IAP. Hip mobility potential is limited if you have to access your lumbar to "fake" hip end range positions. I am not advance in this regard but I've seen people get FS wo losing middle stability. Once again, not backlash. I've following you for +2 years and I appreciate your content but I am centered in other stuff rn. Peace!
