I went out every night, the first month, then stopped in for a few nights, and really enjoyed the break off the beer, your body can't take it that's for sure, I only go out 3 nights a week now, and going to try and get that down to 2 nights a week, that's the reason I started making youtube videos again, gives me something to do apart from going to the bars pissing it away.
I eat 99% of the time in cheap Charlie's mate breakfast with 2 mugs of coffee 89 baht in the evening I have the special for 99 baht, with a milk shake costs 149 baht. There are loads of restaurants that do daily deals.
If I signed for one year, it was only 10000, I know if you go to the office downstairs, it's a lot more, I just messaged a load on Facebook marketplace, can't see me moving out of this condo I love it here 😀

Was in the office, asked out of curiousity, could get a discounted 18.000 a month on a 1 year contract so you`ve got yourself one heck of a bargain. Rooms are impeccable and location is very good.
I'd imagine you had a kebab or similar on Buakhao, I know those 3 small meals aren't enough for a grown man let alone a 40 kilo Thai girl. I don't think anyone argues that you can't eat that cheaply in Thailand the question is can you keep it up.

If it helps , I take my own phone , but buy a package which includes a Thai sim , data , and calls. The cost varies according to your choice. I use AIS or Dtac , they have coverage everywhere. You can always top up at 7/11.

You won`t last long living like this. Seen so many living an unhealthy lifestyle here in Pattaya. Poor quality food and regular drinking will lead to muscle wastage and aging quickly before some kind of major illness catches up with you. I hope you have comprehensive medical insurance and yearly medicals to catch underlying issue before they catch up with you, because they will surely come.
