Thank you so much for showing this Wonderful Response of so many WATER supply Rigs. The best looking one in my Humble opinion was the Former Army duce and a half or was it a Five Ton??? Anyway there used to be a Manufacturing company by my home that made these go anywhere Rigs. One Department that I spent many summers at, my Family had a Second Home on a salt Water Canal very Large Body of water connected to the Pacific Ocean. The Department had no water system only the only water was Rivers. The Department built a huge tank at a station that had a Hydrant on the bottom, the supply to the tank came from the nearby main big River. I remember as a young child watching that Army truck climbing over Logs that had come down across the road they had to go up to get to Fire. It was an all volunteer Department. The Park Rangers at camp grounds near the station would Respond mostly to man the Ambulance. The 911 system was a party line( about 10 different phones would go off at different people's homes) one emergency phone went to the local Tavern. YES those Army truck conversions are neat looking Tankers.
I would have a hard time identifying Police Vehicle's from Fire Vehicle's there in OKLAHOMA, where I am from we don't have Blue Light's on any of our Fire Vehicle's.
@@OklahomaEmergency Thank you that is something I have never seen before but then I have never seen that meany tankers at one fire that was some operation. Some of them must have had a very long run to get on scene.
@@OklahomaEmergency MABAS is a fantastic system. Live in a small town with some larger towns close when it alarm go off everyone comes out to help it is amazing. The average person has no idea of how well it works plus it goes beyond fires if someone needs other equipment like public works they get it. I have seen 12 different towns when we had a fire plus the ones that fill in as backup.
@@davidglaum2538 no idea what MABAS is lol. Chief just tells dispatch to tone another department. Everything is done either via phone call or by radio.
Helluva shuttle! That Sooner tanker kicked ass. They all did.

You know what? Tankers are not small, light rigs. Some of em were haulin ass!
They need to get themselves some GPS or just follow the smoke.
Big fire have go that far get water they call tanker task force
hey there gose that long dominator arrow truck agian
Damn! HAHAHAHAHA!
Why were they making a u turn?
I believe they missed their turn. I didn't know they were there until I turned to follow Sooner Tanker.

@@davidglaum2538 it wasn’t too bad. These were all the first due mutual aid departments. There are very few departments here that don’t have tankers.
