Hello Martha, not all Cake‘s in Germany called „Torte“! The Cake called „Kuchen“ and that‘s most of the Bundcakes or Cakeloafs! Only a Cake filled with Buttercream or wipped Cream is a „Torte“! Only the Linzer Torte called a „Torte“ because it is filled with Jam! Greedings from Germany and Merry Christmas 🎄🎄🎄🎄

First of all, you never said how many or much filbert nuts. Second of all, you told us to keep the egg whites out presumably because you were going to use it later, but you never mentioned it again. Lastly, how do you get the Torte out of the pan? I think you "borrow" your recipes, but don't really know how to bake. Easy recipe, but not complete. 😭
