Jesse is without a doubt the best addition to the show there's been. He seems like a funny bloke to be around and can wheel things so precisely. You know something must be bad when hes almost through it and still says "still feels yuk" great ep guys keep em coming!!!
Earth is estimated to be 4.5 billion years old and here we are in this moment able to watch Pete put on an absolute performance as always. What a time to be alive!
I think lots of us where waiting for that phone call but it never happed I think it would be so beneficial for them and the growth of this channel but still very epic video.
You guys definitely have to go back. That series was absolutely fantastic. The wheeling is unbelievable , the vehicles especially Pete’s Jeep have performed so incredibly, but the scenery is just something else. It brings back all the old memories of being a kid watching American westerns with Clint Eastwood. I love Australia but you have given me a new appreciation for another country. America is absolutely stunning. Thanks so much guys. 👍
I love all your content. I started watching you 7 months ago and now my wife has been telling me not to watch it without her. I’m starting to think she loves it more then me
As an american, this channel has really made me rethink what I need to do to my rig to get out and tackle some proper tracks (AKA trails in the US). Naturally Americans tend to go overboard. Bigger is better in some people's eyes but to see what you do with milds lifts and no 37s or 40s to be seen has really made me reevaluate things and spread the word to my mates. (Edit) JK I guess there were some 37s.
@w.j.hammer5902 Have you seen the channels "Stan Fuller" and "jpetrowich" where they drive these sorts of tracks with near stock flat fender jeeps? It's amazing what you can do with them.
Mods help make it easier but you can do almost anything with wheel placement and a winch haha. These guys also start and have lived their off road lives with what we Americans call barely modified rigs due to regulations in AUS. They learned how to wheel insane places with slightly larger tires and 2inch lifts and open diffs.different. where as we mostly never hit hard trails without mods, lile you stated..I would never attention certain things without major mods.. but now realize it's not a requirement..just have to rely on skill and commitment and knowing your rig.
Doing something hard with a 2.5 inch lift and 35's is rewarding to me. Probably more than if I had 42's. My brother used to race motocross and he loved to win on a stock bike while the others were highly modified
Much love from Texas, U.S. I've been following y'all's vids for a year or so now, and this is the first time I've been caught one right at the upload. Keep up the great work guys, can't wait to see what this vid has y'all getting into.
Sand Hollow Utah is one of the most incredible places for 4wd vehicles around. There's something for everyone - from a stock 2 door jeep to the craziest built rock buggy. Every time I visit Zion from CA I always make sure to make a day to putt around in Sand Hollow - I am so elated to see that the guys from Aus had such a great time
My favourite part of the show, is the boys always being supportive of each other and having fun. Always working together to unsure their safety and giving things a go !
I have enjoyed all the US episodes, but the best part was Shaun parking on the edge of the cliff for the photo shoot, and was absolutely crappin himself lol
I have lived near Moab for the past 14 years. I have driven through the town of Moab and have eaten there a few times. I have dreamed of going down through the trials this old time. The coolness of you guys coming across the earth and beating your trucks up like that is 100% incredible. This episode had me on the edge of my seat the entire time, and had me contemplating taking my modified Ram 2500 on some of those trails. In reality though that more than likely will not happen with that big truck. It was an honor to have you Thank you for all 8 episodes!
This episode is the bomb! The deer in the headlights look of fear on Shaun's face at 47:56 deserves it's own tee shirt. In fact, I don't think I've seen so much concentration (and almost resignation) from him as during that last climb. Well done boys.

We've loved watching each and every episode over in the USA! We loved how many people actually love getting out and doing hard wheeling. Also the scenery and all the changes in weather. And watching you boys all have a ball smashing that hard tracks, doing Australia proud.
I’ve loved out of the 8 episodes the fact that we’ve gotten to see 4wd on the other side of the world and how they may be more fanatic than us Aussies. Getting to see the different environments has been such an eye opener and seeing the lobster roll made it all the more entertaining
watching pete in the jeep it amazes me how calm he is, and and jessie and shaun some really wild wheel lifts but i think my best moment was when shaun was doing the last hill i really thought he was going over. that was one wild ride great episode
Best moment hands down, Colorado episode. the look on Shauno face when he was too scared to drive dirty 30 on the tip of Colorado mountain for the photo op! I laughed for hours and still laugh when I think of that! Best of all time!
Best thing about this series is watching how confident you have all become even though you're in un-familiar territory, this is going to make your driving back home even better. Oh and Shauno's got a few more greys since the start too, Graham is going to be so proud that he's growing up to be just like him 😂😂
Its hard to pick which video has been the best. Its great to see you guys over in the U.S. experiencing something completely different from what your used to. We live on ghe east coast but wheel the west, everything changes so much. The best part of the videos is your appreciation for the beauty that is sand hollow. Fun see you guys on the trail, we were the solid hummers!
Absolutely incredible, loved it all. The scenery in the US is just jaw dropping, mountains there make Aussie mountains look like hills. Should do a collab with Matt’s off-road recovery next time you’re over, and perhaps then head over to the eastern states, surely they have plenty of tracks to tackle. Also should do a video on what to do/use and costs for shipping your car over and insurance as many of us would love to wheel or do a road trip across the US.
The best moment 'so far', is a group of Aussies trying to figure out how to negotiate a snow covered, angled slope for the first time. Overall the variety found in the 8 episodes has been legendary. Thanks team.
Well done guys these trips in America have been great to watch. Best part for me is seeing Shauno's game on face Ha Ha priceless stuff. Have loved the variety of trips from mud to snow to rocks. More please!
Best part of the series, Pete going up the chute, I mean, really!!! If there was a Macca's on the side, he would have stopped and ordered a Capachino. The man sweats ice cubes.😂

Best part of my wk is seeing you mates having a laugh and living the dream. Can't tell you how much this show means to so many, beers on me if you ever make it to the UK
Sand hollow was my favourite track in USA. I felt sick. I was clutching the edge of my chair watching this episode. Admire your courage. Go colonel mustard. My beloved Pajero would froth an ultimate 9. Thanks everyone for your hard work.😀
My favorite moment of this whole US Series was a lot like my favorite trips in the FJ Cruiser. It was day one. You could feel the excitement of getting started in a new place. It really set the scene and I knew this series would be a massive one !! Nice work to all you blokes.
52:13 here again with @mattsoffroadrecovery your take on his vehicles and his reaction on y’all in his backyard. Double Sammy is his baseline test drive for a rig. 😂 but especially American Josh took some of the most hectic routes no doubt.
I’ve loved all the episodes. It’s been awesome to see all the US trucks on the tracks and shows how many rules and regs we have in Australia. The truck with the tracks on it in the snow episode was cool.
Love Matt’s off road. Can’t wait to see the spud truck out on the tracks. Epic way to finish off America. Such a beautiful place that. Moab is Rory irishes back yard and then there’s fabs rats with Paul and Robby Layton. 🤙😎🇦🇺
Absolutely love the Arizona based episodes, as I spent so much time there doing camp America (from aus) as a youngster. But have to say the absolute best part is when Pete shows everyone up with smooth chill approach!
Love the USA content! Especially love watching Pete with the Jeep and the Ultimate 9 addition. Like Shaun said “all you need to do is steer”. Always a pleasure to watch y’all
I’ve been watching you guys for years now, never did I ever think you guys would visit my hometown. Hope you guys enjoyed your time here. Great video looking forward for what’s to come!
100% best thing is watching the way Pete chooses his lines and just shows you don't need all the power or big tyres to go where they are going the man can bloody wheel
It would have been amazing to see you guys cross-over with MORR -- Matt's Off-Road Recovery. Sand Hollow is his playground, and you could have feasted your peepers on the World's Largest Off-Road Wrecker. I think it's on 54"ers and has a crab-walking rear-steer.
Well done, gentlemen! So stoked for your trip and so glad you could come to the USA! So much fun to watch and I never miss an episode. My favorite episode has got to be this one. Just driving and camping. Love it. Help is always just around the corner!
My favorite part so far of these episodes was when Pete showed. My favorite 4wd247 episodes of the past have been the ones with Pete. I love his all out driving skills and watching him tackle every challenge with a smile.
Great episode of 4wd 24-7. I thought the way they recovered the lobster after Jesse rolled was really cool. And they were really smart about how they did it. Keep up the good work guys.
So awesome having you guys over here in the good ol US of A! Loved every episode and it was cool seeing you wheel some of the stuff I've done in Moab myself! I think I can speak for every American wheeler. You guys are welcome anytime!
My favourite 4WD 24/7 moment is by far when you went up The Chute. I've been watching Matt's Offroad team doing The Chute so many times. It was great to see some Aussies doing it with their own rigs. Well done.
This is one of my favorite episodes to date! Hell freaking yeah y'all have gotta come back! There's SO much more to wheel here than these iconic tracks

The food and the camp footage are always the best. This is the one time in life that the journey pales to the destination. It shows how the bonds are forged in adversity.
Love how Pete just walks over every obstacle like he has done it a hundred times before. Fella can wheel!! 👌 Absolutely spectacular scenery and can't wait to get over there one day. Keep up the awesome content guys 🍻
The best part of the US episodes for me was watching the Tracked Taco taking the lead and cutting the trail in the snow. Just incredible and really make me want a set of tracks for my rig.
5 point harness seat belt, tick. Roll cage specked to stunt level, tick. Bank balance that can handle running a new vehicle each time, priceless. If your a fella that respects function over form and has the vehicle that'll protect him. When bravery overtakes ability. Then this is the place to play like big kids. With the women shaking their heads.
Shauno’s cooking segments are always a highlight. I can’t just pick one moment. All these episodes were great. Was great to see what the 4x4 scene in the states was all about and also was great for them to see what our vehicles are capable of.

Best part of all the episodes are the crazy wheel lifts that Shauno have in the Dirty30 but not one is compared to Petes wheel lift in this episode at time 40:18 and the way he is so calm about it makes it even more grazy and also Jesse’s just befor he flipped the lobby where both wheels where in the air. Loved it. I am glad that Jesse is ok. Looking forward to more vidoes.
This episode has been great, thoroughly enjoyed this series. So after watching the very close moment Shaun had on the Climies river crossing at granite creek 2 yrs ago in Tasmania, the best moments is watching Shaun gripping that steering wheel like he is wrestling a guerilla coupled to his facial expressions when the Dirty 30 goes into savage mode on the narly rock climbs, lifting its wheel like a thumbs up. No need for words, Shauns face says it all. Absolute legends......4x4 24/7.
Watching the “small tyre” Aussie rigs flexing their way up those lines is the best part of your US adventure. Wish we had this style of offroad areas in Oz.
Awesome video guys. I love how Pete is always so cool and calm, he's a legend. I would love to see the 4wd24/7 team come to my home country South Africa and take on some of our tough tracks and see the amazing scenery. Hope to see you here soon!
Totally Insane Awesomeness. I live for this show each week. You boys are No.1 without contest. Batshit crazy those USA tracks. Love every minute of it. 🤙👍
Ultimate 9 in Sand Hollow has the best the ultimate US episode! Many those climbs were absolutely nerve racking. Even through a screen I was holding my breath a couple of times.
Best part is Pete the Legend driving the chute, then goes that was wild while calm as. Laughed my ass off. Has nothing to do with EV, the tracks just submit to Pete. LOL
Having just finished watching this episode whilst the reopening episode I referred to before was unreal. This sand hollow episode was absolutely nuts. Absolutely glued to those insane climbs, unbelievable. To finish it off with that view is amazing.
i think that the best part of the USA trip was in California , with some of the toughest wheeling i have seen a car with such small tyres do, throttle controller for the win . i love the content and it inspires me to do more and get out there. stay safe and enjoy the wheeling 🤘🤘
Great seeing you guys at the Melb 4x4 show. Been waiting for this ever since you teased it there!! Don't even need to watch it to know its gonna be a ripper. Thanks legends :)
This was a great watch! I could only imagine if Jocko and Jesse get a trip with the usual pressured challenges that are hilarious to watch! I'd bet lots of people would be hurting from laughing!
Definitely Shauno saying “it’d be embarrassing to go into that hole leaving camp” and immediately puts the 30 into the hole 😂 Head north to beautiful BC Canada, everything from coastal rainforests, to the Rocky Mountains. Our province is as long as the US with endless off-road adventures and wildlife
My favourite moment was this episode, doing the Chute. I've also been watching the Matt's Off Road Recovery channel and seeing you guys doing such a familiar obstacle in an Aussie touring rig was definitely something special. You guys should definitely go back to the USA more, it would be fun seeing you compete in the Off Road Games that Matt's Off Road Recovery runs, next one is late March next year.
My Fav moment was when Young Jess decided to give the Lobby a rest on his first day in the Big Rig. Classic moment. Maybe the Lobby might not have been sooooo tired with a Throttle controller on board, Excellent series, Cheers from the Northern Rivers NSW 😃👍
my favourite is when graham and pete are in colorado and pete is driving. graham is terrified and pete isn't helping. one of the funniest parts i've seen on 4wd/247.
Watched the first trip to the Rubicon Trail and was hooked. So much so that i had to build my jeep last winter and go over it myself. What an amazing time. Thank you for the inspiration!
Best part of any episode is when Pete makes any obstacle look like he is just driving to the local pub.😂
🤣
That's true
So true!
💯
Ol Pete's the GOAT. no rush, no fuss, no problems. Got the least capable rig and yet he puts everywhere the others do. The Ol boys a legend.
Cool as a cucumber 🥒
So cool we should call him coolarrow!!

So awesome having you guys over here in the good ol US of A! Loved every episode and it was cool seeing you wheel some of the stuff I've done in Moab myself! I think I can speak for every American wheeler. You guys are welcome anytime!
Got to give it up to the un-sung hero dirty 30 always leading the charge and being a absolute beast of a snow plow, 🥶🥶
My favourite 4WD 24/7 moment is by far when you went up The Chute. I've been watching Matt's Offroad team doing The Chute so many times. It was great to see some Aussies doing it with their own rigs. Well done.
Gotta love thursdays!
This is one of my favorite episodes to date! Hell freaking yeah y'all have gotta come back! There's SO much more to wheel here than these iconic tracks
Favourite moment has to be seeing Jocko step into the snow only to go straight down to his chest 😂

@@4WD247 Yeww 👌🏼🔥
The food and the camp footage are always the best. This is the one time in life that the journey pales to the destination. It shows how the bonds are forged in adversity.
14:57 Pete is the man💪🏼
Love how Pete just walks over every obstacle like he has done it a hundred times before.
Fella can wheel!! 👌
Absolutely spectacular scenery and can't wait to get over there one day.
Keep up the awesome content guys 🍻
Shauno gettin flashbacks of climies waterfall track on that cliffs edge
🫣
Shaunos face getting up that first bump of the last climb on the maze had me in stitches. Absolutely classic fellas
On an enduro bike, no problems. In a 4X4, no way! I think Pete could take a Bondi bus up the chute.
I would like to say the best part of these USA episodes was Shaun's cooking 😂 but it's definitely that JK's ability and amazing scenery
perks of being a night owl
Shauno’s cooking segments are always a highlight. I can’t just pick one moment. All these episodes were great. Was great to see what the 4x4 scene in the states was all about and also was great for them to see what our vehicles are capable of.

@@4WD247 no way that's amazing
Best part of all the episodes are the crazy wheel lifts that Shauno have in the Dirty30 but not one is compared to Petes wheel lift in this episode at time 40:18 and the way he is so calm about it makes it even more grazy and also Jesse’s just befor he flipped the lobby where both wheels where in the air. Loved it. I am glad that Jesse is ok. Looking forward to more vidoes.
Awesome show guys! Shaun you and the Dirty 30 are a great team. It was great watching you tackle all what Sand Hollow presented you.
Best 4x4 show on TH-cam hands down !! Welcome to my backyard fellows! I say you should start a USA crew and expand the show permanently!!
The USA trip episodes are the best of all, definitely keen to see more US adventures, especially with that amazing Lobster...
The best part of the USA so far was Jesse rolling the big Lobster! Nothing like making your first trip overseas a memorable one. 👌😂
Totally Insane Awesomeness. I live for this show each week. You boys are No.1 without contest. Batshit crazy those USA tracks. Love every minute of it. 🤙👍
Any episodes with Pete is a walk in the park 😂, never a favourite moment becoz I love watching it all and all is my favourite
I was holding my breath a lot watching this episode! The 3 of you are great together!
my favourite is when graham and pete are in colorado and pete is driving. graham is terrified and pete isn't helping. one of the funniest parts i've seen on 4wd/247.
Watched the first trip to the Rubicon Trail and was hooked. So much so that i had to build my jeep last winter and go over it myself. What an amazing time. Thank you for the inspiration!
