Oh btw, that 17-7-6 works EXCELLENT on Texas lawns… but, we’re basically done with lawns for the year. Day 36 of 100+ temperatures, we’ve had a quarter of an inch of rain since May. I would definitely encourage anyone to go buy bulk beef and freeze it bc beef prices are about to be through the roof. Everyone is selling their cattle because they literally cannot afford to feed them. There are usually huge coastal fields all around my area. Nothing this year.

Yeah, hopefully you can keep the Dallas Grass under control till the winter months where it dies off, and the Pre-Emergent will keep it at bay...

@@BYDonBermudaGrassCentral With you on this. You don't see the use of the mulching kit from the commercial companies, which is why I was curious. I put the mulching kit on my Timecutter within a week of getting the mower. I like that I don't have to worry about which direction I mow. Those G5 Gatorblades out classes the stock Toro mulching blades. I notice they mulch grass clippings much finer than the stock blades and don't leave clippings behind on the lawn.

@@BYDonBermudaGrassCentral yea that’s why I don’t have a yard guy. Had one and he was dumping clippings in a pile in my backyard, something I would never do. Told me I would have to buy the bags ( they are $2.50 for five what an outrageous price). So I fired him. Bought a rider and I do it myself because it seems that things I would expect a yard guy to do are extra. The rate in my neighborhood is $75 and you get a cut, edge trim and they blow it off. $150 a month for about 6 months, rider paid for itself and I take the refuse to the dump or let the city pick it up
