Hey Misty! You are right! I actually do that because we have a family member that doesnt like cottage cheese. I have a recipe for Chicken Spaghetti, that i just posted this morning, and i use cottage cheese in that. I prefer cottage cheese too! I also love cottage cheese on saltine crackers, sprinkled with black pepper.😋 I appreciate you watching! Hope you have a wonderful day!🥰
My grandma always had a pack of those dinner rolls sitting on her dining room table for the weekends and every time my aunt would come over to her house she would grab one of those rolls. My aunt would always go for the middle section of the rolls.

My family doesn't like ricotta cheese so we use cottage cheese it's just as good! Our preference. It's all great the way family likes it!
