What's wrong with brick, timber and concrete? Is there a cost saving? What about durability, maintenance, building codes and planning issues? I don't feel like I learned much.
Generally, the price of a 40' container is about $6,500 - $10,000. I am not up to date on concrete cost. The only difference between this vs a stick built is 1) your shell is already built, 2) it has an open concept if you so choose, 3) welding will be part of the building expense. There is also the time factor in which using a container(s) can be faster to put together. But that depends on the contractor. What I personally can't stand is the monstrosity of that table! Its hideous, its unpracticle. That's all you have in your main living area. This is probably one of those model houses that are made up for magazines & tours. Looks nice but once you own it, you significantly have to change it. Like the basement though. But overall I don’t like it. Too Californian.
Очень несуразный дом. Не показали ни одного санузла/душевой, что на верху в итоге - тоже не показали... Перестановок в этом доме явно не планируют - стол огроменный (зачем???) явно неподъемный, плита кухонная на 6 камфорок!!!, какой то гриль, духовой шкаф, еще что то - сколько человек там будет жить, что бы такая техника? А холодильник? Где? ...стол в гостиной на всю гостиную, а на террасе первого этажа - столик на четверых... Очень безграмотная планировка и неудачные решения.
Это самое худшее жилье в котором мне доводилось жить. Не вздумайте строить себе дом из металла, это очень плохо влияет на самочувствие и здоровье. Летом в них жара, а зимой холод.
