The D30C is a great bike, it's still one of my favorites as it's very light, efficient and has good handling. This were also reasons to use it as a platform for my dual motor test.
This thing is a beast. 😀 Great Project! Thanks for sharing. My recomodation would be to add a seat suspension fork (don´t know if this is the right term in english). I did put on a Suntour SP12 (NCX) already on my A20+ and now also on my D300C. It not only makes driving more confortable and spares the bikeframe. It also gives you more grip because the back wheel gets faster contact to the ground again. So you also get a plus on safety. ;-) Also be aware that not every tire is rated for around 50 Km/h!! Don´t want to lecture you. Just want you to be safe. ;-)
I'm glad you liked the project. As for the seat suspension, you are right, it's a good upgrade. Currently I'm running mixed tries, the rear one is a Schwalbe Hurricane (very good by the way) and the front one is a stock CST.
It was ok, no problems. I've used for some time, but due to the extra weight and a bad knee, i have went with other builds and models for higher speed and longer range.
@@TechTronic9000thanks for sharing! I think I'll stick with the unlocked + throttle version for now. The speed and range are suitable for my current needs. But I'll keep the conversion idea in mind!
I can give you some estimations. The stock D30C, flat out unlocked in full electric mode will do ~30km, while assisted and normal used will do with me (85kg) about 80-100km. With the extra motor and extra bigger battery the range will be about double so you might expect 60+ km on just fast electric mode and could go to 200km assisted.
I have a 48v fat ebike (with rear hub) that i want to convert to 60 or 72v. Then i will use the stock battery to power a front motor. Is it useful to have a front motor noticeably weaker than the rear one? It look like it will not help past 40kph.
Great upgrade!
I have covered 500 km on my D30C so far, and I can say that it is really good.

As you state, the DECE 300C is already a great bike and this just takes it to another level. Fantastic work 👍
Indeed, it makes the D30C a lot more fun.

It`s an absolute Beast ! Great job
I'm glad that you have liked my video and yes you are right the bike has fully transformed.
Very intriguing! Have you continued to use this upgraded version of the ADO 300C? If so, have you encountered any issues that we should be aware of?

Can you make a range long ride test? I’m interested in knowing how much km is it able to do with two batteries in full electric mode. Thanks!

how fast can you go on 2000w mtx kit with a 52v 30ah batt ?
Probably will do ~50km/h, depending on the wheel diameter. For going faster you will need to go higher in voltage.
Is it possible to link the 2 systems to one throttle?
It's possible but a bit more complicated.

Video shot with something like Insta360 X3?
Most of the video is taken with a GoPro 11, just a very few shots are taken with a Insta360 X2.
Where that you buy the back rack?
Local Decathlon shop.
