She is from Plovdiv but has probably lost her Plovdiv dialect but rather acquired the typical Western Bulgarian dialect. Interesting video, all the best Alex!
Interesting...When you say Dialect, is that the same as accent? 🖖
@@EpicTV Bulgaria has various dialects mainly Western and Eastern. But in Plovdiv they also have their specific dialect. I think she lived more in Sofia as this is the way people speak. If you go to the coast, or Eastern Bulgaria the dialect changes quite a lot as it becomes quite softer. Same applies for Ruse or Stara Zagora. Western dialect especially shopski dialekt is quite close to Serbian-Croat-Croatian-Bosnian and very close to modern day Macedonian, which is usually considered a Western dialect of Bulgarian, but the debates may become heated.
Or she is simply not using dialect in front of a camera ;)
