Lee Loadmaster priming fixes and setup part 1

These are a few tips and tweaks to help you get the lee loadmaster priming more consistent.
In part ( 2 ) I will go over the rocker arm adjustment for primer depth, and prime some cases to test our settings.

There is a Draw Bolt under the ram that you unscrew, look up Lee Loadmaster Draw Bolt on Google, also shown in the manual I think in figure 4

What is the second spring for?

Just various springs I had laying around, I was trying to find one that allowed for full travel of the primer seater, they both worked fine.
