    Just bought the street triple S 2021. Derestricted upon arrival. It is amazing. Wind blast is the only thing slowing me down, which is probably a good thing.

    If u like sport bikes and are on an A2 license go for one of these: Honda Cbr650R (I4) , Aprilia Rs660 (2cyl), Yamaha R7 (CP2), Ducati supersport 950 (2cyl)

      I mean I still have 2,5 years until I likely will get my A2 license but everyday I‘m looking for my bike. Exactly those were in my head but I think the Honda and 950 are too heavy, so I will probably go with the R7(even tough it‘s underpowered) or the 660

    its fun and all but how am i supposed to be able to pay 10k for a bike when i have a restricted license (20-23 years old) im a student not a millionaire

      Have a look at the cbr500r, I absolutely love mine (2022). It's got 2 discs at the front now and the same suspension as the cbr650. Paid 7.5k euros in Belgium. I also hear very good things about the previous versions and it really is good value for money. Smooth, comfortable and quick enough for a first bike in my case. Prefer the 500cc engine over the yamaha (300cc) and kawasaki (400cc), but some people would say that it's an advantage for these bikes to weigh less

    Number one A2 compliant bike 35-70 kW Kawasaki Z900 A2 > all the bikes listed here.

      Yeah my favourite starter bike is the famously a2 compliant bmw s1000rr

    • @THEREALZENFORCE
      @THEREALZENFORCE 2 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      @@wheelie1011 In Europe you have 35KW to 70kW Z900 A2 and MT-09 A2 and they sell. Facts.
      For less than 10k MT-09 A2 36-70kW, you have a better bike than any 300, 400, 600 bike. Better electronics, better brakes, better torque, good seating position.
      Why buy a 300 or 400 or 500 when you can now start on a restricted MT-09 A2 with all the goodies and later after two years in Europe rising at 35kW you can unrestrict the same bike at 70kW, which is plenty enough, so you keep one less than 10k bike for several years as a beginner to grow int riding instead of old school ride 300 or 500s sell the bike and buy other bikes (no need to buy 2 to 3 bikes over the next years.
      The MT-09 will easily last until combustion engines will be forced to fade way for electric motors (2030-2035)

    The rs660 is 100 bhp so please can someone advise how it's A2 compliant as I thought bikes had to be 94 bhp max in order to restrict to 47?

    It’s like under 50hp?

    Sooo, this whole video is actually about bikes which are NOT a2 compliant and need to be restricted? Kind of missing the point there...

    • @richieclean
      @richieclean ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think you missed the point of the video. I'm sure there are plenty of videos out there that shortlist bikes that are A2 compliant in stock guise, but this is a useful video for someone who is limited to an A2 license at the moment (likely because of age) but intends to get a full license in the future, at which point you can just get your existing bike derestricted instead of replacing it.

    • @JosephCheethamWilkinson
      @JosephCheethamWilkinson ปีที่แล้ว

      @richieclean Yes that is perfectly sensible, except that's pretty much all bikes under around 90hp...
