Thank you very much. It was most generous of you to upload this video, which spared me considerable frustration during setup.
That said, we ought to rise up against this incredibly greedy company, which has made a virtually criminal racket out of selling inkjet cartridges. In addition to nags during set up, it issues one each time I print something!

I have had mine for a couple of years. It has never printed forms correctly when copying forms from computer. The top of the forms are okay, but when it gets to the bottom of the form, it doubles the print. Looks like a blur. Now as soon as it is turned on, a message tells me that the ink cartridges are not the correct ones installed. I have always used the correct number 63 HP cartridges. So now I am searching to buy another All-In-One.

Thank you for the video. Very helpful. The alignment page didn't print during the set up process; did get a couple of dots and dashes. Here lies the problem. What do I do to get the alignment page to print. Essentially, my printer goes through all of the printing motions but does not put ink to paper. Yes, there is ink in the cartridges. Help!

I agree with others that the video is very clear. However, my computer says I have to communicate with the printer via Bonjour in order for scanning and the fax to work, but it can't find Bonjour on the device. In fact, the HP easy start says it can't communicate with the device. So right now, I can't use it at all. What should I do? My operating system is OS X El Capitan 10.11.6

I just opened up my brand new box to set it up. I was going along with you doing great until I got to where I put in my two ink cartridges; It keeps indicating "ink cartridges problem". I removed and reinstalled both cartridges but it repeats saying (remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed). Also,"if this messages continues to appear, replace the indicated cartridge". My question is, how can there be any issue with the ink cartridges when I just opened up the box?
