Thanks a lot! I was thinking about what you told me another day about packing. My naive dreams about a lightweight adventure are crashing! I ended up with a heavy bag plus a backpack JUST for some food and camera gear. That’s only a half a day trip! I am seriously nervous about a trip to Land’s End!!
@@thesundayrides Well, I'm sorry I did that to you Max! Just remember, that what I suggested was just based on MY need to take things. I'm sure that there are folks out there who can happily get aware with light loads. As far as food is concerned, I was thinking about that. Last trip I took camping food with me, it just needed heating and then it can be eaten from the packet, doing away with the need for plates etc. If you end if loading alot of stuff, just remember to load it low on the bike, there's nothing worse than having to fight the bike as well. Ride the ride you want to have, don't do it based off other people's suggestions 👍 You are, after all, meant to be enjoying yourself (I had to learn that the hard way).

I was planning to go there myself this weekend. Didn't make it but, there's a nice loop you can do from Dorking via Shere, Milford, Guildford and back to Dorking. I'll do it soon hopefully.
