How to put a 21” Harley front wheel on Yamaha xs650 stock front forks.

- This is a 1980 Yamaha Xs 650 with stock front forks. 21 inch front wheel off a Harley Davidson sportster narrow glide. Harley Davidson sportster narrow glide front axle. Spacers used were right side 1 1/8" od x 3/4 " id x 1 1/8" long and left side 1 1/8" od x 3/4" id x 1/4" long.
Love the cell 650. I had a stock one in 1979.

Awesome bud. I'm assuming when you order the Springer front end with the modified stem shaft you put the same axle in the front that's why you have to run the brake caliper for that particular rotor.maybe figure out how to mount a caliper that will work with a Harley rotor on stock XS tubes
Can I run a 16” Harley wheel on an XS650? Such as with the Voodoo hardtail?
Hey boss I'm close to pulling the trigger on what i need to get my front wheel set up, but i wanted to know if that axle would fit in a dyna hub? RIP RIDE DIE RIP RIDE DIE 🔥
The dyna hubs are too wide unless it's froma dyna with a narrow glide. Hope that helps.
ChopShop, Where can I get that converter shaft? I want to add a 21 inch spool rim to my XS and also wondering bout locating spacers. Thanks.
Not sure about converter shaft.... It's just a sportster front axle that works in the xs front forks. You can get spacers from just about any supply house..

Every sportster on my channel except the silver bike has 16 rear and 19 front. What you have is what most want.
