how did you make that determination that it needed to be brought down? I hope it is not by looking at a poorly shot video? No engineer would make a statement like yours. It is such nonsensical talk that has given this people in power the authority to act like buffoons.
The funny thing is that they will bring it down and then the rubbish will be left there for years. or at least it would have been better if they let it there and maybe that would provide shelter to some homeless people in the state. or even use it for some other thing other than the hospital.
