I am a mom with zero lash experience, I mean ZERO, never even glued them on. I remember your review the first time I had gotten mine, and I'm pretty sure stopped watching because you didn't seem like you cared to even truly try. I didn't think the directions were too difficult to figure out at all and It ended up working well for me. In my opinion, it definitely felt like you went into the process half assed, super negative from the jump (I'm sure your phone issues played into your negativity and your negative experience) and then you left them with a terrible review. I think you did give a "false" review and I would personally be upset if it was my product.
I did the luxe lash lift kit about 4 weeks ago and my eyelashes look like trash 😭 i hope they go back to normal...my lashes prior were so much thicker and overall better looking. Now theyre overpermed, tangled and sparse 😩 so not worth the money!

All the permed lashes fell out almost, except for on one eye and the new lashes growing in are going downward and still too short to put mascara on 😭 tbh Ive been going without eye makeup on the days I don't have to leave the house and then wearing falsies whenever I do. Ive bwwn putting castor oil on my lashes every night and I feel like it's been helping. You're not alone girl, this shit SUCKS but it will get better :')
I did it about a week ago, and I had differing results on both eyes, despite using the same amount of product, same amount of time, same pads. I reached out to them on FB to ask if there was any way to relax the curl like you might a hair perm, and three days later I got an automatic canned response with thank you for your feedback, we will get back to you. Still waiting on an actual response. I bought it because I had a concert this week, and I just said to hell with it and tinted them. So far they are still really uneven even though I tried to wash the one that was too curly that day (like it says not to do, because I didn’t want it to get worse!) Not a fan, personally, and their customer service sucks.
Definitely not a small business to me. Small businesses usually don't pay for tons of influencers to "review" their products nor do they pay for advertising everywhere... Imo
I ordered on March 15 and they never sent it out. I sent multiple emails and no reply. They delete everyone’s comments on Instagram! I got a refund because I contacted my bank then they message me about that saying my package is arriving soon. Still never ever got it. Horrible company
Reddit has a lot of peole saying it wasnt sent for months, until they did chargebacks. Some still didnt get it but got emails from luxe saying it was shipped and to stop the chargeback.
My order arrived in a reasonable amount of time BUT I ordered it before I read bad experiences and saw reviews. I used it on my colleague and was impressed. The results are amazing. It was easy and really good to work with. I placed the order and found the bad reviews 2 days later. I suffer from hair loss and have kind of bald spots on my forehead. I ordered also the hair growth serum which is not working according to the other customers. I have the parcel sitting with me for more than a week now, unopened and reluctant to use it
Omg please use it. Worked great for me! The lash growth serum takes a good 30 days of consistent use to see results. But results are amazing. Take your time, read the instructions, watch Luxes tutorial videos (not random people on YT who didnt do it right) and *be patient and thorough). Some people who are seeing crazy curly and disheveled lashes probably let the perm sit on the ends of their lashes which you are not supposed to do. Make sure you are combing them up and spacing them out correctly before you put on the perm and make sure you do not get them wet for 24 to 48 hours and don't sleep on your face because they are still forming their curl and can get disheveled if we don't brush them and take care of them. Think about taking care of curly hair 🤙🏾

I have used them and it worked on my lashes. Was very happy with it. It’s not the easiest to put on but it did work. I’m 66 and it made a big difference. Thank you Luxe
I love your honesty! I ordered a set in Canada and after 7 weeks, I asked for a refund as they had never arrived. They did come within a week of my refund request (coincidence??) but they gave me a $20 refund to appologize for how long it took. My adult daughter and I did the kit on each other and I must say, it is sure is easy to do someone else! The results were great and lasted almost 6 weeks for us. I have now done it again by myself, one eye at a time, and it is so fiddly but it is possible, lol I must be one of the rare folks who has had success, but I am happy with the product and glad I gave it a try :)

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY. it is what ppl comee to see. I was watching your other video while attempting to do the lift. I have been a DIY skin care enthusiast for years and so expecred a learning curve. I spent well over an hour trying to glue one pad to my eyelid. Another 20 minutes trying to glue the lashes to it (while I was trying to keep the pad edges down) and finally after about 1 1/2 hrs. I gave up. Smh. The directions were fairly straight forward and I had watched a few different videos of ladies doing a lash lift before attempting it. The glue burnt my eyelid so much I was very close to removing it and washing it off, but I held out and the pain faded. But honestly, the pad edges would not stay down (they did get trimmed to size) the glue burned like a seroisly strong chemical peel and the lashes wouldnt stick but got covered in lash glue. I will look into an in-office lash lift after this experience.
I was about to order, but then I googled it and reddit has a bunch of bad review for luxe cosmetics. A lot of peoppe were saying they had to get their bank to do charge backs, after months of waiting, in order for them to even send the product. At which point they also sent the people emails askjng them to contact their bank and stop the chargeback. Everyone is saying it's from China and the company is scammy. On top of that apparently, some things are one time use, like the things you put on your lid, but they only come with one application worth, when you are supposed to be able to do multiple applications. Etc Also that it makes the tips of your lashes super curled and wonky, so don't get it on the tips, if you buy. But the concensus is, don't buy, they are scammy.
I did this kit and I also had my friend that is a aesthetician come over and help me and she had no problem. You definitely need somebody to help apply this. I feel like if you do it on your own, it could be extremely hard if you aren’t coordinated

If you're review helped them to " improve" their product they should NOT have an issue with it being up. For that reason, I will NOT be purchasing from this company. Very shady behavior.

Lucky you. In Germany you won't get your money back if you were the one sending it. Even if you mixed numbers and send it to the wrong person. This is why I use PayPal

I am on my third box of Luxe Lash Life. Very easy to use (TH-cam tutorial helps). I love my lashes and they last 2 months. Saves me so much money from having them done professionally. Next I'm going to try the tint.
They worked great for me. I think you over thought and didn’t do thorough research on how to. I saw multiple you tubes on tricks to use them. It worked good. I love my lashes and eye brows and got so many compliments
It didn’t work for me I couldn’t even get past the glue eyelashes to the silicone part even after watching tutorials. The glue dried so quick and even after multiple attempts my eyelashes do not seem to want to stick to the silicone. So dissapointed
