- Finally we can share what we have been up to for the last few months! Our new series is finally here, and it's a big one!
For years now, I have been exploring the world of quality, craftsmanship, and tradition. This journey has taken me from some of the world's most highly regarded bespoke tailoring houses, all the way to a proper shooting estate in Scotland.
I have come to believe that nobody does tradition better than the British! From dressing in the proper attire for a given occasion, through to the liturgy of the ceremonial; there is almost always an etiquette routed in tradition at its core.
In this series we explore what could arguably be one of the most exciting of the British traditions: racing.
I’ve been invited by my good friend James Cottingham, to join him as he prepares to race in the Goodwood Revival, the country’s most important vintage car racing event.
So, strap yourselves in and enjoy as we explore Britain’s golden era of racing!

Some of these TH-cam channels are now really blurring the lines between TV Production and TH-cam content creation. The same quality with, delivered faster and cheaper than TV and with infinitely more audience interaction, feedback and participation. A really interesting time for sure. TH-cam probably suppresses his channel due to his cigar content. They love to police what society is allowed to find enjoyable.
The great thing about the Revival is that these gents aren't afraid to smash up some really expensive and historic kit.
That's because its all fixable. High level vintage motorsport is a huge ego game for rich people and they don't mind paying to win.

@@tam8197 Yeah most of these car owners definitely aren't spending inordinate amounts of money race prepping, restoring, repairing, and in many cases hiring well-seasoned professional drivers to pilot their cars to win. They're totally doing it for fun.

While i am a racing fan of the NASCAR sort (although i will tune into the bigger endurance races of the year) i do love Goodwood and will try and catch that every year
the British love motor cars and racing. Such a great heritage. Even now, Formula One was basically built by British men and most of the teams are based there.

Awaiting for British traffic to switch sides the way Sweden did on September 3, 1967 (Dagen H). Tradition in dress or fashion is one thing, but evolution and progress in driving is another story.

The fact that you are such an authentic lover of fine things and explaining why they are so fine with your esteemed quests like a child in toy land, it is clear why you’d love, and dare I say your God given gift, has , as the Psalmist said, brought you before kings and Queens. Be sure to spend mucho time with your young Children. They don’t want you to be a proper gentleman, they want you to be a proper daddy.
