After picking my daughter up from daycare and pre school I got a new appreciation for those teachers. You got to have a special level of patience with small children
thank you :p and just gotta know how how to talk to them and interact with them (: and it really helps to talk to them as adults while remembering they’re still little kids… and how’s kindergarten, this grade?
Here's some history: If SCHWARZENEGGER HADN'T MADE THE FILM, HUMMER VEHICLES MIGHT NEVER HAVE BECOME AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. Schwarzenegger first saw a convoy of military Humvees drive by on the Astoria, Oregon set. Schwarzenegger had to meet the executives of the military contractor responsible for the vehicles personally, and sign waivers, to acquire one of his own. He gradually convinced the company to design the vehicle for the civilian market, and got his way in 1992.
"I'm a cop you idiot." "Stop whining!" "Hey, I'm a police officer." "Who is your daddy, and what does he do?" Ah, classic Arnie lines for phone prank calls.
32:11: Earlier; Detective John Kimble: How do I look? Phoebe O'Hara: Take off the gun. (Kimble realizes he has strapped on his shoulder holster) Detective John Kimble: That's a good idea. Phoebe O'Hara: Little bastards are gonna eat you alive. Detective John Kimble: Get some rest and don't worry. I've been working undercover for a long time. They're six-year-olds. How much trouble can they be? Phoebe O'Hara: On second thought, take the gun.
This movie is so wholesome. It still holds up. Fun fact about the scene where Arnold interviews the kids about what their daddies do. Arnold said that some kids improvised their responses and some kids didn't. We will never know which kids spoke the truth about their real life daddies lol.
A babysitter took me and my sister to see this in the theater when we were 8 and 6. Love this movie, but it definitely wasn’t meant for kindergarteners!
At that age I was renting porn from the back room, that's how I found out that it's generally boring so after a few times I went back to watching rated PG to R movies, I did play that playboy ps2 game as a kid, another disappointment and life lesson, worse game ever.
I love this movie, it just fills your heart with such good vibes. I miss movies like this, from the 80's 90's, when movies were centered around human relationships and interactions and weren't 90% CGI.
I miss when movies didn't take themselves so seriously. As much as I love a great production, there's something so fun about old comedy or action that really just didn't care about it being perfect. Just had to be fun; who cares if your revolver held 25 shots. And I miss real vfx and costumes etc.
I love the shocking or scary reactions as much as everyone else but this is the type of movie everyone needs to cheer up and recover from the other more mentally stressful ones. Just pure comedy in many forms, it's great :)
I absolutely love this movie. Thank God I work in a empty building because the way I holler at your commentary.. 😂😂😂 I'm so proud of how fast your channel is growing 👍🏿. Great job!!
I saw this as a kid, revisited as an adult. But this was the most entertaining revisit. “She gotta have a tapeworm “. Man I’m dead. I laughed so hard I felt my blood pressure rising.
Look up Arnold prank calls, they use lines from this movie to prank stores n shit lol...I'm a cop you idiot....I'm john Kimble I'm a police officer lol
The divorce definition scene was also important due to timing. Divorce has been around for ages, but it was becoming very common in this time frame. Divorce as we know it, with the custody issues and child support, was hitting hard.
"She's the size of a kindergartener" 🤣🤣🤣 Linda Hunt is tiny and fantastic as the principal. She works with Penelope Ann Miller again in 97's creature feature The Relic, and has a little role in David Lynch's Dune. Always a face I love to see in stuff.
30:39 It's an homage to "The Terminator" wherein Reese and Sarah made whoopie while the Terminator made its approach. Arnold was originally supposed to be the hero in that movie: a huge buff guy who can battle robots, but he passed that up for the title role. Lance Hentickson, the last cop killed in the police station scene, was originally supposed to play the evil cyborg as a person who would look weak and needy but old and wise to infiltrate the human settlements. Arnold was originally supposed to be in that love scene with Linda Hamilton, but he passed it up because he felt that playing as the menacing robot would give him better public appeal as a real actor instead of just the musclebound tough guy he had been. Remember that he worked opposite James Earl Jones and Max Von Sydow who gave him lots of acting pointers for his performance in "Conan: The Barbarian" and he really wanted to play a role completely different from his true self. The Terminator never works out, never eats, drives everywhere, doesn't smile, doesn't try to understand people, never wants to help, doesn't care about his body and cuts parts of himself away, is the exact opposite of who Arnold really is, so that was his first role where he was really doing performance from beginning to end. So, here, stopping to make out while danger swirls around is basically his reclaiming that scene he was supposed to be in from "The Terminator". I maybe study movies too much?
“My dad doesn’t live with us anymore, he lives in New York and drives a taxi….my mom hopes he’s gonna ☠️ real soon” 😂😂😂 Also a good 90’s nostalgia classic to consider reviewing is The Sandlot.
one of the funniest things about your reactions is when something happens and a person gets hurt, but doesnt die and you say "He dead" or something like that. gets me every time
The look on your face when that little kid said that about certain male female parts oh man I laughed harder than you did when you were cracking up about the little girl doing that thing with her lips. 😂😂
9:16 I was in 3rd grade when this movie came out. Every boy in school learned to snap pencils with our thumbs. We all wrote with pencil stubs that year. I am, today, a world record holding vintage gamer and I credit this clip as the first time I realized my thumbs could do more than I ever thought possible.
This is a film that could only get made in the 90s. Lol. It's a classic though. If you want some action Arnold, that's not TERMINATOR, my favorite 3 would probably be PREDATOR, COMMANDO, and TRUE LIES. And I think you would dig his first CONAN THE BARBARIAN film. It's in the same vein of GAME OF THRONES, but a much cheaper budget. And LAST ACTION HERO is Arnold playing with his action persona, so save that for after you see some of his action films. And if you want a film that's funny, sad, yet kind of heartwarming I recommend the superb film JOJO RABBIT. It's a film a lot of people need to see. It illustrates how hate can be taught, and how one can leave it behind. It will make you laugh and cry. It's a beautiful film.
If you like that little girl who plays Emma she appears in Beethoven and Beethoven's 2nd, 2 movies about a Saint Bernard and the family that adopts him. I recommend them both.
I love your reactions. Good work! Bro, you love dogs so much and you haven’t done old yeller yet one of the biggest American classics ever, I know you’ll love it
30:00 the ladders on those things don't reach the ground, you need a ladder truck to reach them. 31:04 it's great to talk to dogs *if* they learn how to do it safely. That might be a good topic in kindergarten, actually. Even most grown adults aren't very good at greeting a dog who doesn't know them. People aren't patient enough. They aggressively push into the dog's personal space, ignoring every signal about how nervous it is, and then blame the dog if it panics, as some breeds are likely to do. There's nothing more dangerous to a dog than strangers, because the dog always gets blamed if anything goes wrong.

He wanna be stepdaddy. He wanna drive the minivan with you. Has never hit so hard in my entire life. This and major Payne gives me feels like nobodies business.
Wow watching this a day before Father's Day! This was the last movie I saw at the theater with my Dad! He past away that following year. This movie will always hold a special place in my heart for that reason! But it is super funny movie 😄 And I have that same shirt that you have on!👍
Arnold's comedy movies best represent how he is in real life: a funny, charming guy. I think you know that, but I'm always surprised at how many people seem to think he isn't acting in _The Terminator_ . Actually, that was probably his most challenging acting role of all. It's not easy to so convincingly play a heartless machine, especially for a gregarious guy with a quick smile like Arnold.
A little known fact, there is actually a Kindergarten Cop 2 starring Dolph Lundgren (Ivan Drago, the Russian bad guy from Rocky IV). A fact that you can likely speculate correctly, it is not as good of a movie as the first one. It was from 2016.
You are funny as hell. Very entertaining reactions. I just watched a couple react to airplane. I thought they both took muscle relaxants as much as they put in the reaction. I mean we are talking airplane!

I've never seen a male Kindergarten teacher, and several members of my family work in elementary education, and they haven't, either, so it probably is rare.
I have twin daughters. I got called to the school when they were in 1st grade because they got caught switching home room classes. They’d been doing it for days 😂
I've loved this movie so much, I tried recording over a different movie and I ended up with the video of the other movie and the sound to this movie 😂😂😂
I've had ferrets bite me in the neck twice like that they were old and getting senile, each happened at diffreant times, they're smart enough to go for the neck, one ran right up my shirt was like a snapping turtle just wouldn't let go, it's not just a ferret thing tho cause I was bit by a senile dog once too what I get for petting a sleeping dog from behind and after he bite me he changed to happy when he recognized me, left me with a phobia of older animals and ferrets tho
The answer to both those questions about talking to strangers should've been to be careful even if the stranger is a kid, you never know and you can talk to dogs as long as there isn't a stranger telling you to talk to or pet the dog. Stranger danger is real and kids can be culprits too
Great reaction. I didn't even know you liked this type of movie, but I had a feeling you'd like this. Those kids were all so hilarious. Arnold rocked it. "eehts naht a twomah!" 😅😂

I’ve heard that is hilarious
"I want to hang out with you, till the end...of...time." One of my most favorite lines.

Yep! Hillbilly days! Found it! Might have to check that out!
You are my favorite reaction guy. My wife is sleeping next to me and I'm trying so hard to not burst out laughing. Keep it up.
Much appreciated and glad you’re on board. Try not to wake her up. LoL
Greatly appreciate that. Lol so was you successful on not waking her up
Rule #1. If they ask you if yiu told anybody else....say yes !!! LoL
I've never seen a male Kindergarten teacher, and several members of my family work in elementary education, and they haven't, either, so it probably is rare.
My son had a male kindergarten teacher who ended up being the computer teacher. I think he couldn’t handle it anymore.
I have twin daughters. I got called to the school when they were in 1st grade because they got caught switching home room classes. They’d been doing it for days 😂
🤣🤣🤣 that’s hilarious
I've loved this movie so much, I tried recording over a different movie and I ended up with the video of the other movie and the sound to this movie 😂😂😂
Love the reactions man.
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed
I forgot how funny this movie is. 😂😂
I have 6 ferrets. They are the sweetest things.
The bad guy looks like riff/raff
I'm horrified you haven't done Twins and Junior as well!! With this one they are the holy trinity of Arnie!
I agree with you❤
I have a good friend who is from Hazard. He's told me some hoot stories about Hillbilly Days! 😂
I think John (Arnold) has found his true calling. He seemed to be kind of tired of police work, anyway.
Kindergarten Cop is one of the greatest movies of all time
I'm just here for the puppies. Just kidding. You crack me up. Great movie to react to. Twins is another other one that shows Arnold's comedy chops.
I’m glad you been enjoying. And let’s be honest most people are here for the puppies lol
This movie is absolutely amazing. The score is also awesome. The only thing better than watching this is watching your commentary with it.
Much appreciated, homie.
Tell Blank we needed more of the pupper struggling to get on the bed 🥰
Lol you will definitely see more of that. Bc unless he runs and jump he struggles.
i was willing him up there as i watched
The answer to both those questions about talking to strangers should've been to be careful even if the stranger is a kid, you never know and you can talk to dogs as long as there isn't a stranger telling you to talk to or pet the dog. Stranger danger is real and kids can be culprits too
Emma dancing during eieio 💃🏻
Great reaction. I didn't even know you liked this type of movie, but I had a feeling you'd like this. Those kids were all so hilarious. Arnold rocked it. "eehts naht a twomah!" 😅😂
Love these type of movies. These the type of movies I watched my whole life
Learning respect and discipline in the end makes you a better student.
I got what I wanted
But I was scared for the ferret
