Explore with Banjo & Kazooie three of most emblematic Super Mario 64's worlds, plus some new Sub-Areas inspired by other retro Super Mario games.
I decided to make this Mod this hard days that a lot of people is in quarantine around the world.

The game is finished. I'm just waiting for the composers finishing some songs, and then I going to do a final complete test and it will be released

Thank you! I'm not a composer, so all I did was download some Midis from internet, and mix different parts using Banjo Kazooie's Soundfont

The music is great, the toilet paper ref is hilarious & this overall is amazing... the original SMB stage 1-2 threw me off but it was good, keep it up 😊

Great mod mark what I like the most about this mod is it's not just banjo gameplay but not just Mario gameplay but a mixture of both with unique goals and obstacles I especially love where you can briefly go underground to nes Mario great job on this

I absolutely love this! I love the use of original Banjo enemies wherever possible and the change in the music. My only question is why are honey combs toilet paper?

Minor Nitpick:
Could you perhaps abridged the dialogue about the collectibles and controls (swimming & flying for instance) like in Tooie for future hacks? We kinda get the point on how they work.
Here's an example:
Flying Controls:
"Press A to fly higher and B for Beak Bomb. Each use costs 1 Red Feather."
Jiggies of Time texts are finished and I won't modify them again. But I take it in mind for other mods =)
The toilet paper appearing in place of the honey pieces reminds me of the toilet paper Conker used to fight against the Great Mighty Poo in Conker's Bad Fur Day.

My work on Jiggies of Time is finished. I'm waiting for the composers to finish about 5 songs. Then I will do a full final test and the game will be released. I hope to have it ready by May/June

It's a beta enemy. Was programmed and discarded from original game, but the file it's inside the ROM yet

I don't think so haha. You made your mod 7 years ago, with the first version of BanjosBackpack, so it has much more merit than mine. I remember seeing your mod for the first time 5 years ago, but I never found a Download Link. Did you release it?
I have chosen a Super Mario 64 level because it was the fastest way to make a Mod in a few days (I want to try to publish one every week while I am in quarantine, so people can play)
Thanks that’s really nice that you liked mine. And no I never released it. It was part of a bigger project that I did I added Peach’s castle grounds and the first floor of the castle with the doors leading to some beta Zelda levels and some other random things that I got to work lol

Pretty cool. Love the tp and corona references. The 2d stage is especially cool. The physics seem just like real 3d Banjo. How'd you manage the 2d stuff?
Thanks so much! It's a 3D stage with 3D gameplay, but I limited Banjo's moves with an invisible wall and disabled camera rotation

Hey Mark, i don't know if this would be possible or interesting to do, but i aways thought that a Banjo-Kazooie mod that take place in the "Vencidad del Chavo del Ocho", that Amazing Mexican Humor Series, would be really amazing. I Tried to do one a long time ago, but it turned out really bad, because i'm not so good at 3D modeling. 😔
I remember seeing El Chavo del Ocho here in Spain in the mid-90s. I don't think it would be very difficult to make a Mod like this but I think it would not be very interesting at a playable level for Banjo Kazooie, since it is a very small space. But it would be curious to see

Hi Mark, thank you for another great mod. I'm playing on console with everdrive and coin boxes dont disappear when I hit them, unless I Beak Bust from above. Still collects the note if I Flap Flip under it.
Thanks for your comment! I tested the game with Everdrive X7 and the boxes were working properly. They only ever failed some times when hitting them from above, but hitting them from the side (A + B) always worked for me...

Could you make a Version of the mod without the Toilet Paper Joke, one with just the normal Honeycombs or The Jiggies of Time Honeycombs.
Better idea, just a mod that alters the collectibles in the game? The toilet paper health can stay in that mod, as well as seeing what else you can modify the collectibles to be.

Just go to the midi tool section, and from there you can load any Midi. But I'm warning you it's a fucking headache due to the dynamic music from the original game ...
I saw Mario's gloves, shoes, and hat. Are those references to the missing items found in Luigi's Mansion? Also, now I know what the fake Jiggy from the Forest Temple trailer is.

Don't worry about that, I'm precisely working on these mods because my work on Jiggies of Time is finished. I am waiting for the composers to finish 5 songs to do a great Full final test and release the game. I hope about May/June

Is this going to be part of a bigger hack including more levels? I like to wait for the final release before I play hacks.
I only do this so that people can play BK Mods during the Coronavirus quarentena. But maybe a new world will be added every week within the same ROM, to form a small full mod. Anyway don't wait for a full crossover between BK & Super Mario 64 from me. There was already another developer called Snooplax doing that.

smb 1-2 underground level in 2d (could you make an entire 2d hack? the concept looks interesting)
I could do a full 3D Hack, but I couldn't use Jiggies. When you pick up a Jiggy the camera automatically zooms in on Banjo, and that "camera move" is incompatible with my static camera settings

@@nibiko123 Maybe he is from another Country, that doesn't have the Toilet Paper shortage. Here in my country we are in Quarantine too, but There I'nst a toilet paper happening here. i'm Still wondering why that is happening in the US and why it's related to the Virus.
There is no logical explanation. There are simply people who believe that there will be a shortage of resources, and for fear of running out of toilet paper, they buy a lot. Then it is on the news and the rest of the people buy more toilet paper for fear of running out, and it's ends again. And this is how an artificial need is created on a product that in fact would not have been exhausted in other ways
I gotta be honest, the movement of banjo kazooie make me cringe and this video showcases why. Because after Mario 64, no movement system even comes close. You know the Mario 64 team spent like 2 years JUST perfecting the movement system.
Super Mario 64 has one of the best movement systems of the time, and BK's is on the same level. However, I think that Mario's best movement system is that of Mario Galaxy, and that of Banjo Tooie one is better to that of BK
