Really like this one, alot of painters argue about not to use black because it does not appear in real world. But they embrace it when it comes to photography, and all. What is HD TV , well basically the biggest things are that screens with modern technology can create pure black and increase the definition of ”reality” so why not in paint. And if I remember correctly Singer Sargent also used black in palette so I would not argue with that.what is art without the evolution of changing perspective.my 8 year old daughter changed my way of thinking about painting,she was painting a landscape and I pointed out to her that if she would mute the greens they would look more natural and how it appears on reality. She looked at the green color I mixed for her and said, ” I don’t like it. Looks ugly and boring” and that is true, she taught me a lesson, whenever I paint now, I think of her words, paint it awesome and pretty. The best advice I think I ever got.and from 8 year old.

We’re just creating art here and it makes so much sense because we always strive to make our art as realistic as possible but those little indifferences or ‘mistakes’ that we make is what makes our art OUR art. Thats what helps reflect ourselves in our art, thats what brings out our style in our art and personalisation is always a very intimate touch to whatever you do 🥰

Thats what i have been looking for so long on youtube. I am about to start pil paintings but whenever i delved into studying about the painting process i always got stuck into mediums.. atleast now i know that i can use the colour straight from the tube..
