After jailbreaking and installing PS4 games pkg's, can I still play those games if I update my PS4? What I'm trying to say is, I have games I download via PSN, and I still want to play them, even online, and I know you can't be online while your console is jailbroken. So if I update my PS4, will I still be able to play those bootleg games, and will my PSN games run after the update, and will my console get banned?
IF there is a jailbreak available for that update version then only you would be able to play those bootleg games. Because the cfw is not compatible with all the system software versions.

You can’t…because if you do then your console’s banned for good. While Sony is not stingy like Nintendo when it comes to jailbreak but they don’t tolerate any kind of tampering with their on supporting consoles like the ps4/5. If you want to go online then the only way to do so is by removing the jailbreak(which is fairly easy) but in order to log in to your ps account you’ll need to update the system software which will prevent you from jailbreaking your ps4. As there are no exploits beyond 9.00
I don’t think you would get any errors if you transfer the files through ftp. I have just showed the most basic way of transferring & installing pkg files.
