If you can’t get them all, I would try aim for both Feixiao and Robin if possible, signature lc is nice to have but may be less useful in the future compared to a limited support character who provides more value in the long run.
Personally it depends what other units you have, dps characters tend to get replaced quicker than supports, Feixiao is really good even with f2p units like march 7th the hunt, however the real question is when that will end. And robin is really good for any team, specifically follow up teams, which Feixiao has. From my preference it depends on what you need more, supports or damage.

I prefer the comfy constant burst uptime from vonwaqc, honestly(which I feel is needed in non IPC premium teams). Also Fleet is better, since the 8% attack also buffs Robin, which in turn also buffs your main dps

i personally think poised to bloom is better 4* lc if we are going for dual hunt/erudition fua team
100%! The issue for some maybe is it’s a new lc, and some may not be able to superimpose 5 just yet.
