Awesome stuff. I'm currently a patient of yours with Ben. Ben has been a huge help, helping me getting my Test levels up, natually. Going for bloodwork soon, can't wait to see my results!

Fadogia needs to be taking carefully. At 80kg bw taking 1200mg of F A for 1month I noticed pain in one of my testicals that would continue for a minute before subsiding though my libido was through the roof and could definitely tell it was increasing my T as I noticed my my drive to complete hard task increased drastically.
At 600mg every day to every 3 days depending on my exercise and diet I notice the same benefits but with no testicular pain and have been on this on and off for about 3 months following my first stint with it.

Vanguinera Agrestis is actually the new official nomenclature for Fadogia. Apparently there was a genus misclassification where different researchers used different names for the same species. Fadogia is my typical naming for my research on this plant so I need to get myself out of that mindset.
This plant in particular actually has two compounds of the Ursolic Acid class, which has a decent amount of information on how it affects hormones in general.

Great info guys! I’m currently taking tongkat/fadogia to increase my T. Did some bloodwork and it was pretty low. (150) I’m VERY overweight.(400lbs/6’1”)
I’ve been doing CrossFit 4-6 days/week for 1.5 years. I’ve certainly put on a ton of lean body mass, but I think I was overtraining.
I’ve recently switched it up to heavy weight training daily with some cardio after.(solo basketball) Hoping for some improvement for my follow up. Doc just wanted to put me on TRT without recommending anything to try “naturally”. Didn’t like that solution as a first option.

So, is the dosage of 600 mg of Fadogia as a recommended dose on Gorilla Mind, not a safe dosage on a 3 weeks on and 1 week off cycle? I have been taking FA and Tongkat on a 3 weeks on and 1 week off cycle with dosages of 100-200 mg of Tongkat and 600 mg of Fadogia (300mg 2 xs a day). Thanks for always providing the community REAL information.

    Central Illinois.
I got put on TRT while sick with other things. After I recovered the doctors never discussed why I got low. They never tried to figure it out. They still are lazy to address my concerns and I've been to a few. After doing my own research I see some obvious clues in my bloodwork and lifestyle which I'm trying to address but NONE of the doctors tried to address or coach me on these matters. I need to find a real doctor if anyone knows of one in central Illinois area

Interesting points about AR receptor sensitivity and CAG repeats. I suspect I have some amount of AR sensitivity as I have normal T levels but a lot of Low T symptoms. Ed, low libido, muscle and bone mass.
I even had some genetic testing done by a lab which said I didn’t have any polymorphisms of the AR gene and many other genes linked to klienfelters or KS.
When I asked about if CAG repeats affects androgen sensitivity they said it want a factor which makes me think they don’t fully understand the causes of androgen sensitivity?
Wondering where I can get this checked in the uk

Great coverage. I’ve always wondered if T-levels maybe less relevant to andro receptor sensitivity/expression. I have quite low T but I’m rather athletic and if I work can make good gains in gym. Maybe my low T correlates with inability to believe in a magic man in the sky but thanks for the good will blessing!

Question: What if I take finasteride for hair loss (which I heard may experience loss of libido or possible loss of testosterone?) but also take Tongkat Ali 600-800mg, will tongkat Ali help keep my testosterone in normal range still and/or will it disrupt my hormones when taking finasteride as well? Thanks

Great video. But it failed to convince the users to consume Fadogia. The fact is Fadogia has only 10 studies or so, vs. Tongkat Ali which is backed by 300+ studies and clinical tests. The worst part about Fadogia is that all the studies are done on rats - albino rats to be specific. Definitely not safe in my opinion!
