Well, i confess to her, she rejected me, but still comes to my table to have a small talk or confide to me, even gave snacks or lunch, as she usually does even before the rejection

After the rejection she placed you in the 'freind zone', she just wants a friend which I guess is alright, it's ok!. Don't get hopes high on anything else.
A lot of these are friend zone, basically if she hints at something like "I have no one to spend New Year's Eve with" then that's the biggest sign.

There is this cute girl that sends me signals a lot. But every time I initiate a conversation, she complains about her job or stuff like that. So do I just change the subject next time? All that complaining is a major turn off to me. I usually just find a reason to leave.
Are the sings different if she's shy?
Look for the hair-flip (preening gesture), quick glances. Maybe a more friendly tone to her voice or she greets you a little bit nicer than she has to. Subtle stuff but also very telling.
If in doubt make a move anyway because who cares if you were wrong.
I keep getting the look but she turns away real fast. I want to talk to a woman when I'm out, but i never know when it's ok. Then everyone says just do it. Doesn't matter if she turns away real fast. Ideally, you'd hold the gaze longer than her anyway showing confidence. Dude, overall stop worrying. Detach yourself from the outcome. You can WISH this was how it was, but the reality is most women aren't going to be direct about it (don't shoot the messager). So you can either read the signs and take action, or be waiting for a long (long) time...

I agree with the signs but not with Blaine's characterization that women are always giving them and you just need to keep your eyes peeled. Women (and everyone else) always have their faces looking down at their phone screens rather than up looking for attractive people. I think men are less aware of the signs and women give signs much less than ordinary. The reality is they may want you to approach but are terrible at giving signs or do not feel it is necessary. Men a terrible at picking up the signs (when they rarely are given them) and thus assume the woman looking down at her phone does not want to be approached.
I know one girl who always looks at me when I see her in a bar with prolonged, obvious eye contact. But when I approached her, later on, she mentioned that she has a bf, and he really came. So yeah, pointless if they are taken, lmao.
