    Whats up Steve! Bryce from MnHondas - the good old days. Been enjoying the content, especially all the crx action. I redid my 88 Si in 2018, ground up using many of the same panels you are using on yours. Its a major job man, respect.

    Rust is such a nightmare, just working on my JDM EF6 it's not too bad for 1989 and UK inner arches great, rear and under decent just the rear quarters have bit of rust

    Nice one. I’ve literally got the same problem with my 88 EF6 crx and have the same sill (rocker) and arch replacement panels that you got. I’ll be eagerly following how you attack this. Was really impressed by how you cut the sill panel down to as much as you need. When I look at mine I can’t get my head around how it will fit.

    So would you recommend those mill rockers for the crx ? The parts that I mostly need to cut are the underneath, which contain holes for the skirts to screw into, as well as the pinch weld with the jack point brackets. Does that part of the mills rockers fit perfectly ?

    • @WeCars247
      @WeCars247  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I had to do a bit of cutting and shaping, but I don't know if there's another option outside of oem for big bucks or if you could cut some out of a rust free parts car.

    How much overlap did you leave for the rocker? Or did you cut it in order to but weld it? I ordered the same stuff and am getting ready to start cutting so I am watching this for like the 6th time before I start cutting lol.

    • @WeCars247
      @WeCars247  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I only cut what I had to to get rid of the rust. Still plenty of overlap with the new panels but I'll end up cutting that down as well. I want to replace the minimum amount.

      @cthoroughman 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@WeCars247 thanks I am going to do the same and try to use lap welds I think instead of trying to but weld it. Keep up the awesome content. I love the music you rock as well.
