We live in Brisbane, Australia and I thought he’d really enjoy showing off his home’s food to our foodie friends. I’m a beast with Yorkshire puds but I’ve never made a Yorkshire Curd Tart. I would leave the pastry to rest before rolling it. Are the temperatures given for a fan oven or a normal oven, please? You don't say what type of milk is used to make the curds not what quantity of milk (I would use Channel Island because it is rich). It would also be helpful to have the cooking time.
