How do we get instruction on how to program key replacement, or all keys lost on Mercedes with this unit. I can't find anything. Customer service is no help. They told me to search for that information in the forum. I hope that I didn't waste my money on this setup. I have the Phoenix Plus, T Ninja Box, and MCU3. What am I doing wrong here?

Hello, i tried using t-ninja box to calculate a mercedes w207 key password on bench and theres no menu what so ever to get the job done. Spent 1 hour clicking menus and nothing. Does that mean no bench coverage for eis? Can't get password Can't add key, and when connected directly and try to use obd2 connected directly to eis it says cant communicate with ecu, im not trying to communicate with ecu, im tryingbto communicate with eis w207. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I am Having a problem with my T-ninja box and Phoenix smart. It have all ben working fine until yesterday for cloning ecu´s and key programming. But now every time I go into "Immo" and "Immo Prog" it says "network connection failed, Please check the network connection". The network connection is good and I have also tryed other WiFi connection and same problem. I have also tryed restoring the phoenix smart to factory. Updating VCI firmware. Nothing helps. Any ideas anyone? :)

Guess you already sort it out but eis clone etc for MB is in the diagnostic section....

I am Having a problem with my T-ninja box and Phoenix smart.
