Please be awared that when the deivce is connected to your mobile phone via Bluetooth, the app-control mode is activated, and the device will default to use app if the mobile phone Bluetooth isn't disconnected. To use directly the device to perform battery test, please turn off your phone's Bluetooth or press the back key to exit the app normally rather than just returning to the phone's home page. Both methods will disactivate the app-control mode. In addition, please check the BatteryLab app permissions to make sure it isn't set to be opened defaultly.
