Strawberry Cake - Easy to make moist cake that looks fancy!

Getting closer to Summer, having a moist delicious strawberry cake is a must! :)
Try this easy straight-forward recipe the results will be like a professional bake :)
Enjoy!
Recipe:
2 eggs
120g sugar
120g sour cream or plain yogurt
40ml or 4 tbs milk
80g melted butter
200g pastry flour or all purpose flour
2tsp baking powder
1/4 tsb salt
300g chopped fresh strawberries
Mix eggs and sugar, after well-combined add the melted butter, milk and sour cream. Combine the wet ingredients then add flour, baking powder and salt.
At the end add half of the chopped strawberries pour the batter into the cake pan that is greased and add the remaining strawberries on top.
Optional: sprinkle some sugar on top
Oven temp: 340 F or 170 C
Bake time: 30 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean :) )
