    A challenging and inspiring workout and video. I struggled to keep up and perform all the reps. There are a few exercises I can’t perform. I understand, and appreciate, your “Stations”. I’ll do what I did for the “30 for 30” workout - I’ll make a list of exercises I can do, adhering to the station theme as much as possible and will give this another try. Thanks for the challenge and Happy Easter to you and your family.

    Thank you for your content. You have inspired me to get a Total Gym. I'm a big guy, 5'11" 340lbs; i see that "XLS" model in the background and it makes me wonder if that model is wider than the others like the "Fit" you're working on in this video?

      Thank you very much Lesley. The XLS is a little wider but not by a huge deal. I'd still say you look into the FIT model overall based on the number increments which will make it a little more versatile to suit different position settings. I will be reviewing the APEX G5 in the very near future this week in case you want to wait to see how that looks as well. That will just be a less expensive option, still with more increment settings. Hope that helps.

    Thanks Mike. Question for you or the community: my XLS is sliding all over the place during some of the more intense exercises. If I do a jump squat the whole thing moves 3-6 inches. I’ve got it on a rubber gym mat but apparently that’s not enough. Anyone have any tips? Thanks in advance!

    How often would you suggest doing this routine? Also, how long should be holding for during the isolation parts? I lost over 100 pounds using my total gym fit, a caloric deficit, and cardio. This looks really fun and new twist to what I have been doing. Can't wait to give it a try.

      This one was torture, so I'd only do it once in a while or if you wanted a challenge.

      @@hybridresistance The workout is almost that excruciating. lol. I just tried it, got halfway through. Tried out a few new variations. Tomorrow my chest and abs will be sore. I am 61, I can't do burpees at all so I sub'd squats. Drenched with sweat

    i notice how the sliding platform bends & creeks a little as you sit on it.
    you should get the more robust machine,
    its more expensive.
    but i think it will be real solid.
    i was thinking about my dad using my total gym fit.
    but he is XXL.
    i just think he would do better on the larger model.

      It's had a minor creek for a while, but certainly those bigger machines (GTS) are great, just about 4k I don't have to spend on something that would more so be a luxury, considering you can do so much on these models.
