I'm an autodidatoc Expert on comportamental sciences, the proccess of Change is more Simple than that. We are habitual beings, if you want to Change the information X to info Y, even when you do Y once, your natural way of response still X Next time you meet the same circumstance. All you got to do is to be aware and choose Y again, until info Y gets bigger than info X.

0:00: 🧠 Changing habits requires conscious effort and rewiring the subconscious mind.
3:09: 🧠 The key to changing our lives is to consciously reprogram our thoughts and emotions.
6:01: 💡 The key to change is to think, act, and feel differently, but most people prefer to stay in their comfort zone.
9:35: 🧠 Mental rehearsal can physically change the brain and prime it for new behaviors.
12:33: ✨ Rehearsing new behaviors in your mind can prime your brain and body for change, leading to automatic alignment between intentions and behaviors.

I once learned that the most effective way to reach our goals is when we are able to ‘see’ the goal. But since that is often impossible - instead we have to set up part-goals. It stem back to when humans were living as hunter-gatherers. Man sees an apple tree far away. She/he gets a dopamine kick, and starts walking towards it. As she/he gets closer another dopamine kick fires, until reaching the apples and enjoying it. I use this by telling myself to just do 10 sit-ups. When I have done the 10, I say okey just 10 more. And it continues. Because I got a kick from reaching my “part-goal”, I now have the drive to continue. It feels good to have reached a goal even if a small one. It’s a momentum of dopamine. This is to me the absolutely best way to form new habits and reach goals.

Become Conscious of the Unconscious: Make a list of thoughts and emotions you want to change and review them daily.
Rehearse the Change: Mentally rehearse how you want to act in different situations.
Emotional Priming: Teach your body what the future could feel like emotionally before it happens.
Daily Review: At the end of the day, review where you went unconscious and plan to do better the next day.
Morning Meditation: Spend the first moments of your day meditating to set your intentions.
Identify Triggers: Know what triggers your old habits and rehearse a different reaction.
Emotional Check: Throughout the day, check if you are maintaining the emotional state you aimed for. If not, reset.
End-of-Day Review: Before bed, review your day and plan for a better tomorrow.

Say, and mean it, every day that you forgive yourselves and all others. WE are the ones who hold it all that inside, and it hurts you, we do it to ourselves. Thats why spiritual teachings say forgive everybody. We create "pain body" by storing our hates and grudges, our regrets, all of that. There's so much in old teachings, we just need to really understand them.

Low dose ketamine is life changing for rewiring. Its serotonin works on the GABA and glutamate receptors while you sleep and after a few weeks, it’s incredible to wake up with a quiet mind singing a Beatles song rather than the decades of my angry brain yelling at me. This medicine combined with Joe’s pineal gland meditation every morning, walking in the sunshine, and a sauna has truly changed my life. Living as the source and creating magical moments is God living ❤

The same as with most self-help, i's really good and inspiriting, but almost impossible to do with two small kids at home. If I only could decide when to wake up by myself, then it could be different. Guess Ill have to wait 3-5 years before this would be possible.

    • @Blueskies1180
      @Blueskies1180 ปีที่แล้ว +3

I beg to differ. I know it’s very difficult with young children at home…BUT making small changes in your day IS possible. You don’t have to make massive changes like change the time you wake up or the morning “routine” with children. It can something as simple as brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand, or walk backwards to your bathroom, or start wearing neon underwear! Lol.
And meditation is essential. Even with kids in the picture. I’m saying this because I’ve done it, as a single mom, when my kids were 3 and 5, I meditated every day in the bathroom for 5 minutes a day. After they were in bed or before they got up in the morning.
I wish you the best on your journey, you can do whatever you put your mind to. ❤
