Couldn't agree more. Not only is it testament to Steve's brilliant interviewing style, but also his understanding and appreciation of who is sat infront of him. The calibre of experts he brings to his show makes these podcasts a level above the rest of the garbage that's out there. Even I would say Joe Rogan!

Steven you basically have your own version of Ted Talks, Steve Speaks haha ☺️ Mo is an incredibly wise man! The 1st one made a huge impact and I’m sure this one will too. I feel like these conversations around the psychology of happiness etc should be taught in schools. But we are very lucky we have access to them here ❤️

The first episode was so impactful to me that it's the reason why I dealt so easily with the passing of my wonderful father who had been ill for a while. I swear, since I watched episode the my way of thinking has changed completely.
The greatest lesson I got out of it is that life goes on, and it goes on whether you like or not and you can either be a part of it and continue living or remain behind but that serves you nothing. I will always choose to keep living and choosing happiness for as long as I have life in my body.

I saw your podcast with Steve Bartlett for the first time this evening after many recommendations. I felt empowered to say ‘I just got it’ & it throughly made sense and resonated with me - well done you for being so eloquent and relatable 😊
Sadly I too lost my son in 2014 and feel our experiences have been similar.
Up until now I never thought their would be someone else who had emotionally intelligent to fully understand what a beautiful gift having a special child could be; and how positively life changing such a tragedy could be.
Fortunately I’ve found peace in my loss but sadly it ended at 28 year marriage.
Just wanted to thank you for using your networking, emotional intelligence, compassion and voice to help and potentially change the world. Butterfly affect 🦋
Continue to be happy, take care and never give up on using your platform to keep your precious son’s memory alive ❤️

This CD has three separate relaxation/meditation sessions on it th-cam.com/users/postUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq guided by a very pleasant and direct male voice. Unlike so many other products of its type, this CD does not have bad synthesizer music, does not feature a phony or affected style of narration, and does not make any bogus claims to be subliminal or to re-train the brain or any of that balderdash. What you get is 1. a guided meditation for getting into a pleasantly relaxed state of body awareness while taking a stroll (superb for those easing back into a fitness routine slowly after an illness or injury) 2. A nice long breath-awareness relaxation session that if followed diligently can put you into very deep states of full-body relaxation and mental calmness, and 3. a buddhist-inspired meditation session designed to help you develop and maintain feelings of loving kindness toward not just yourself and your friends, but toward people you don't even like. The CD makes no claims to be designed for advanced meditators or for buddhists or hindus/yoga practitioners looking for very deep and esoteric stuff. It is geared more toward the average person who just wants to develop the habit of relaxation and stress relief through natural, healthy means. him, if you happen to be reading this, keep up the good work fella, and I love your accent. I would also like to note that I have never fallen asleep while listening to this product. I would like to kindly suggest to the reviewer who said this CD makes him fall asleep, that he might want to get checked to see if he has a sleep disorder, or if he is simply not setting aside ample time for restful sleep at night. A healthy person getting adequate rest at night should be able to go into deep states of mental relaxation without dozing off, if not all the time, then most of the time.

About finding love: I found my best friend who helped balance my qualities, I worry too much and he is fun loving. We have changed some as we welcomed a daughter into our life. I knew what I wanted from a partner but I never could have shopped for him with that list of qualifications. I believe our admiration for one another encourages us to become the dream mate for each other. Our love is not stale because we are constantly invested in our friendship and daughter.
Wishing a healthy life for anyone reading this.

I don't remember how exactly I stumbled on this podcast, which was the first interview with Mo...someone i had no previous knowledge of either. I'm so grateful that I did tho. It resonated so deeply with me I have a very hard time putting it into words...at the time i was brought to tears. Having experienced a significant loss of my own and coming to somewhat similar ideas about happiness, mindset and the power of our minds, it was the beyond amazing to hear him confirm so much of what I know to be true, articulated perfectly. Plus all the insight on things I hadn't considered. Things that I still continue to think about. I understand why Steven says this is his favorite guest and how profound that was for him. It's almost a vibe I feel from him that I totally identify with. I'm almost halfway through listening to this one and I'm delighted to say it's only grounded my confidence in the wisdom that Mo shares. If only more people could hear this and really listen...Also I'm kind of falling in love with Steven here, the questions are almost as good as the answers. How he reflects on those concepts and applies to his life, is refreshingly honest, authentic and insightful. He does it without self judgement even if it's something "negative". It's difficult and rare to be able to identify and accept less than desirable things about ourselves without losing confidence or feeling shameful. Yet this is only way that real, lasting change is made. There's so much power in that vulnerability and I love knowing that at least some people embrace it. One day I hope to finally meet people like this in my real life...I really need some enlightened company. And YES YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR BRAIN. Believe me I was one of those stubborn people, and Mo is so right once again, about going to the opposite end of the spectrum. I've channeled my stubbornness to be an advantage and its served me well. 2 years later it's still constant work in progress but I honestly enjoy it. I see the results and just gets easier. It's changed my life in so many ways and love that more and more people are learning about this, if applied, this knowledge is invaluable.
This is all around an amazing conversation, that I'll take with me, like the first. Thank you once again to both Mo and Steven, for being authentic examples and sharing knowledge that actual makes a difference. This restores hope...

I wasn't a massive fan of Mo after his first podcast with you, but man has he grown since then. I had set myself up, unbeknown to me, for my life's quest, but it wasn't until my much-loved younger sister died suddenly a year ago, did I reflect on my past interractions and life choices, and realise the values that lead me in the right direction. Great interview.

I saw Mo on his previous visit to Diary of a CEO regarding the dangers of AI, and he seemed a stressy man. Then I saw him on Tom Bileau's channel and he was just so chill and loving that Tom even called that out on him. This episode expands on that. My favorite part of his interview with Tom was a kinda silly thought I also have about what to do about AI in the terms of AGI, and that is "Be nice to it." Essentially try to teach it it how to have compassion. I'm glad a much more successful mind than mine in many aspects feels the same way. This episode further expands on great love philosophy from one who devotes much of the rest of his life to engineering.

I think that this is also my favorite podcast so far that I have ever listened to. I heard it for the first time last night and I am listening to it again this afternoon. It has reassured me that I am doing the right thing for myself. Alot of people in my life have made me feel bad for deciding to discipline myself and this podcast helped me realize that it is because it is something that they want and severely lack. It has taught me to not be angry with them like they are with me. I have learned to accept that I am going to leave some people in my life behind. And not because they may be necessarily toxic for me, but they don't understand why they want to change and won't while accomplish these tasks every day. It's definitely hard for me to watch others in my life live the life they hate, want better, but will not put the work and sacrifice it takes to achieve it. "Hard work is not how many hours you put in "on the clock" of the life you hate". "Hard work is how many hours you put in "off the clock" to achieve the life you want". - Joseph McArthur

It does me good just to see you both alive and together again..love to hear you Mo, praising femininity and reflecting about contradictions...all thats been given to you comes through....sure, its right, that maths are in everything, cause maths is just an mirrow of the orders of nature and life, ( left brain, analysis) but it would be nothing without intuition, empathy, trust and sweet, tender flow.. just beeing, not doing ....( right brain ) we ve got both for a reason...thank you so much for sharing, this makes me wanna share some too. I was in a dying process 2 years ago and I was almost ready to leave my body because the virus effected me strongly, it was a heavy fight. but seeing my boys reacting on that ( yes there are paralell worlds and times ) gave me the power to fight for every breath just a little much longer, until the water in my lungs would stop adding and the zytocin storm would calm down...,, old friends helped me " who already been there, who had left their body for good. Because of their support I got back the willpower to focuss again and again on the ,, let it all in, let it all out " process of breathing. Needed to imagine myself surrounded by the healing beauty of mother nature, thats where meditation brought me to. Its the spirit , that puts ourself in comand AND freedom and ,, in my case" it brought me backt to life. I´m still here. Yes, thoughts call heal and they can destroy. Choose healing. If it wasnt for love, we would not choose to incarnate, we would not accept the limitations and rules, a material life requires. Mo, no love is lost, Ali guides you and is nt that the whole point, to let love guide us all ? I pray for you Mo, I can see Ali in your face. He will forever live inside of you. Keep breathing, keep doing what your doing, Love, C
