You poked holes in the cells with a pin. When these cells are produced they are done so in a very dry environment. sealed in vacuum chambers and then charged. This causes a reaction in the cell producing hydrogen. Which is removed in another step of the process.
If you open the cell, you will allow air to enter the cell which will contain moisture which is a killer of these types of cells.
There is potential for lithium crystals to grow between the anode and cathode which can damage the separators resulting in a very hot cell and ultimately a fire.
You need to dispose of these cells as soon as possible.
The electrolyte is very caustic and can produce HF a very nasty acid which in contact with skin will destroy the soft tissue and produce F-ions which when absorbed into the body are extremely toxic. While you would suffer burns the real damage is done by the f-ions.

I did the same on my DJI MINI2. three batteries were swollen so that they were practically unusable. I just carefully pierced all three. The batteries were charged. Be sure to poke and close the holes! And I’m already flying the drone and charging these batteries again. Everything is fine. No problem. th-cam.com/video/lVZ1Yw-K1wE/w-d-xo.html&pp=ygUTQmxvYXRlZCBCYXR0ZXJ5IERJWQ%3D%3D

Swollen lipo batteries used to be commonplace 10 years ago. I would use a razor to slice open the outer jacket and then put a piece of tape over. Never had issues.

You are wasting your time my friend once the battery swells up it's telling you the cell is going bad already. Easier to just buy a new one!

This was Very painful to watch. How do 3rd worlders acquire the goods that are SO expensive in western countries.
Poking holes in the batteries is a Good fire starter.
