Coach, the song she wrote is dedicated to her dead grandfather, so is very emotional to her. That's why you can sometimes hear a crack on her voice, even pros (a lot of them) when they perform a song they wrote and have a very personal emotions attached to it.
Just browse at your videos. Guess it's the first time you hearing angel. She's a gift from 7th heaven. But still love your reactions. Gonna watch more from u. And thanks very very much for the lovely and caring reactions.
At 7 when Angelina auditioned for Norway's Got Talent (2014) she had no nervousness at all in her delivery. At 9 she produced her iconic black and white studio version of "I Put a Spell on You" where she explored different vocal effects and rocketed the ability of her extreme growl (the only time). Bear in mind that she had been training with a voice coach since age 6 at the music academy in Oslo. Angelina drafts her own arrangements and purposely places riffs, runs, and melisma where she deems appropriate and needed. She is far more professional than vocalists twice, even thrice her age.
I really like that Angelina gets lots of reaction videos, but one downside is that when a stellar reaction like this comes along, it can sometimes get lost in the pile. I really hope you will look at lots more Angelina. I am not a singer, and I know almost nothing of all the technical aspects you talk about, but I know that as a vocal coach, Angelina is someone that you could spend a lot of time studying. She has so many different styles of singing. One other important aspect of Angelina (probably the most important for me) is how naturally she sings. It never feels like she's performing. It just feels like she doing something she has to do. Like it's just "in her" and she has to share it with the world. She has a ton more to see, so I will look forward to your next one :) Also I always try to leave this for anyone new to Angelina so that they can learn a little more about her background, and her kind and caring soul....... *Angelina Jordan* - Angelina Jordan was born Jan 10 2006 in Oslo, Norway. She is currently 15 - She began singing at the age of one and a half - At 2 or 3 she discovered Jazz through her grandmother and started studying all the greats from Jazz history with youtube videos. - *Why Angelina always sings barefoot* - When Angelina was 6 years old, she was traveling with her grandmother and met a poor girl with no shoes trying to make money on the streets. They talked for a while and discussed their dreams. It was cold and the girl had scars on her feet. Seeing this, Angelina took off her shoes and gave them to the girl. The girl thanked her and told Angelina she would pray for her every day. That day Angelina made a vow to always sing barefoot until all the children of the world could have shoes. To this day, whenever Angelina is performing in public, she sings barefoot as a way to remember that little girl and to remind us that there are less fortunate people in the world that could use our help. Angelina holds so true to this promise that she has sung outdoors in Norway, in december... barefoot. She has sung at a dinner with ex-pres Obama... barefoot. She went on AGT (possibly the biggest stage in the world)...bare foot. She made a promise at 6 years old, and has stuck strong to it for years. That takes a special kind of person. - She has always been the driving force behind her own singing career. It was her that asked her mother to take her to Norways Got Talent, where she auditioned at 7 years old and went on to win the whole show at just 8 years old. - In an interview after the show, when asked what she was going to do with the prize money, the 8 year old replied, "I would like to give it to orphans that need clothes and shoes" - When Angelina was 9 years old she became the youngest published author in Norway, when she wrote a book about the story of why she doesn't wear shoes when she sings. She donated proceeds from the sales of the book to help children in need. - The reason you may not have heard of her is because her parents are very protective of her childhood. After she won NGT, they did not want her to be thrust into stardom before she had a chance to grow up as a normal child, and get her education. They allowed her to do a few select shows (mainly private and charity events) with a couple public shows every year when she is out of school. Her mother said in an interview that they have turned down 90% of the offers that came in. Over the years since NGT, they have turned down offers from many major record labels and even disney. - Angelina has covered more than 130 songs and over 65 artists in the last 6 years. She always selects the songs herself... everything ranging from old classic jazz to modern pop. She is able to change her voice to match any song she sings and make it her own. (she can cover Amy Winehouse and Lana del Rey like nobody else) - Angelina has collaborated with some very big names over the last few years... Quincy Jones, Mark Ronson, David Foster, Alan Walker and many more. All of which heard her and were blown away by her talent. - Angelina has written four of her own original songs: "What is Life", "Shield", "Oslo", and "Million Miles" (all are amazing...all can be found on youtube) In summary, Angelina Jordan is destined to be one of the greatest singers to have ever lived. This is just my opinion, but if you listen closely to any of her stuff you will hear the greatness. She sings with a natural style. There is no acting, no showing off, there are no unnecessary runs, or big belty notes just for the purpose of saying "hey look at me sing". She once said "when I sing I go into a beautiful world in my head", and you can always hear the results of that. When Angelina sings it is pure soul, pure emotion, pure music. - Updates: On Aug 26, 2020 Angelina's Manager/Uncle announced in an interview that they have decided on Republic Records as the best fit for Angelina and she is now signed with them as their "highest priority new artist". On Nov 6 she released her first single under Republic... "Million Miles"! On March 19 2021 Angelina released her latest single "7th Heaven" She has done so much already, but at 15 she is just getting started!!!
Thanks for all the support and recognition to Angelina through your reaction, besides that we all delight Angelina Jordan's music, her songs and vocals because of such angelical talent , no matter what kind of a genre she renders. She has always show that impeccable talent and majestic performances since her very early years till now a days, and because of that, Angelina and only Angelina can beat Angelina
Angelina has been singing for a long time, and nothing she does is not intentional, though your point is very appropriate for amateur singers who try to emulate the singers they like, and they have no idea how the sounds are created in a healthy manner. Also, she even said she cried a ton during this song because it was written for her grandfather who died when she was twelve or thirteen. Every artist has bad habits that pop up on their voices... but ultimately that is what makes them human and relatable. Well done as a vocal coach to identify areas that are vocal traps for amateur singers or young singer in general. Angelina is known for her use of melisma's and vocal fry as part of her jazz influenced style of singing. She is NOT a belter but she can belt when needed. And she is a chameleon in that she can adapt her voice to a genre or a song or genre to her voice. As examples listen to her cover of Miley Cyrus' "Nothing break like a heart" or Lana del Rey's "Born to die" then you have "Bohemian Rhapsody" (Queen) performance where she tailored the song to her voice, as well as "Yellow Brick Road" (Sir Elton John) and "California dreaming" (Mamma's and the Papa's). I am not a vocal coach or a singer (my kids will gladly attest to that!) but I understand music and love it as an art form. So please take my comments with that in mind.
Angelina's vocal skills are stunning, but it takes listening to her many different styles & genre, covering scores of former & living legends, before you will see what she's got in her vocal toolkit. She doesn't use techniques in a song to impress, she only uses what's needed for her interpretation of a given song. Her arrangement skills are unbelievable. There are many examples of her taking a classic song, like Bohemian Rhapsody, & rearranging it into something totally different like a jazzy ballad. Who does that besides Angelina? BTW, Queen loved it. Her songwriter skills are also amazing & she has written 5 songs she has recorded, so far & each one is totally different. I believe she has a whole album of originals rumored to be released this summer. Angelina is probably best known for her emoting skills that makes you feel a song that often makes you cry. I suggest you listen to her latest release a few days ago called 7th Heaven. It's a real head-bobber that's very up-beat. th-cam.com/video/N0yK_07a1_U/w-d-xo.html I've subscribed for more of your reactions to her songs.
.. BUT WHY....FFS .. why did she sign a deal ... I hope they do not destroy her ... next thing ya know she will be half naked twerking.... * and i know she has full family support etc.. .. BUT )
Wonderful analysis Zoe! I loved your “...singers are vocal athletes...”. It shows the importance of having professional support, no matter how good you are.
I am sooo jealous that you had the opportunity to witness her performance. Now that she lives in LA I’m hoping to be a witness too in the near future, I want her to be my first concert after this pandemic.
Great reaction as to your well meaning advice. If you hear Angelina singing...I put a spell on you....black and white studio version be prepared to be shocked. At 9 years 2 months she blows it up vocally. Be prepared to make double the pauses. I'd pay for that reaction.
You just listened to a jem, hope that you do more of A.J. she's bloody awesome starting from 18 months old till now, love your reaction stay safe 🇨🇱👍🤘💐💐😘
Angelina is way beyond who you think she is. She is not a kid with a unique voice who is growing and learning her trade. She has well over 100+ covers on you tube and about 6 originals and if you can listen to several of them you will see the versatility she has. She can sing 4 straight songs to you and except for her unbelievable soulful tones it's hard to believe it's the same singer. Obviously, I could go on and on but I think you know where I'm coming from. Try these on for size: "Song For A" (a song especially written for Angelina to close out an original album by Nico Cartosio) and "Unchained Melody" (sitting in a chair). But, there are so many more. All different, all rearranged by Angelina (since she was 9 years old!). There is a friendly joke going around in the trade: "If you are thinking of recording a record, understand if Angelina decides to do a cover on it, it will probably be better than the original!" I do appreciate your professionalism. It would be great if you could combine your analysis with an emotional reaction to how she is singing (interpretation and the soulfulness from her heart which is unmistakable). Your comments were very fair but you were too much like a machine.
To help angelina, you have to buy her music from streaming music channels like Spotify, Amazon music, and iTunes. Streaming repeatedly on Spotify helps as well. We want to get her on the radio by contacting your local radio stations, and increase her rankings on the charts. She should be way up there based on her Talent. Thanks for supporting her.
@@trevorwhiteman8056 you can buy a CD of her original album It's Magic. Phenomenal track with many songs . You may be able to buy a CD of Bohemian Rhapsody, a million miles, and 7th Heaven. Not sure about that but you can check
Angelina have no press from anyon, all thing she do she lov doing.she lov doing singing and stand sceen, bekos she now she so good and is have a natulig singing voice..she can sing evryting ..jazz,soul,pop..you name it..never feel press or are never efreid on steids..😊👌
JUST SUBSCRIBED ZOE. Your insight is welcomed for people that are learning to sing or maybe only singing for a few short years. I'm sure they want to protect their voice as they develop. I didn't notice any previous videos of Angelina on your channel and I did watch your 2 videos for Diana. So you may not be aware that Angelina is already a very seasoned professional at 15years and 2 months. She gained worldwide attention for winning Norway's Got Talent at age 8. Her first 2 performances on NGT was age7, singing jazz. She has traveled the globe since 8 singing professionally. Angelina arranges all of the songs she has performed since 8 years old and knows what embellishments she wants to add or take away in pursuit of delivering a song that touches ones emotions. Unlike many singers who just want to show of their vocal skills Angelina wants to show off the song itself with well thought out interpretations even though she possesses all the bells and whistles. You can see in her many rehearsal videos as early as 8 showing the bands how she wants songs played and even playing piano to show a pianist how she wants it played. Angelina is a true prodigy and you would find it hard to believe unless you view some of her performances. I have seen vocal coaches saying there is nothing more they could teach her. Please react to "Feeling Good" Live on the Stream Gir Tilbake at 10 years old. th-cam.com/video/p8kAL-sGJx8/w-d-xo.html You will not find a better performance by anyone including the greatest jazz singers of all time. Keep in mind that this is her arrangement. Thank you so much for including Angelina Jordan in your line up.
Thank you so much for watching! I really appreciate your in depth comment thank you Frank. I will most definitely see more of her work and have a look as we get into live performances again hopefully soon.
I don't worry about Angelina hurting her vocal chords as she has been training them since she was two years old and professionally trained since age six at her school. She has a huge arsenal of 'bells and whistles' and 'ornaments' to make her voice singular among performers.
Like your sports analogy. I've seen too many ignorant comments about her not needing a coach and the conductor doesn't need to cue her in and stuff like that. Putting it in the perspective of sports might make more people understand how it works.
I love to watch Angelina blow vocal coaches away and see the look on their faces when they realize " l can't do that". I don't worry about Angelina voice, l worry about the influence of LA on a fifteen year old and her family. It is a jungle and has devoured many a tough cookie. Angelina is so sweet and humble and hopefully not star struck by those who want a piece of her starlight.
@@keithserafy It’s always interesting to watch professional vocal coaches assume that Angelina is “normal” singer/vocalist and then see their opinions change, usually fairly rapidly! I remember it took Adam Straughan (?) three reactions before he finally recognised the magnitude of Angelina’s ability.
@@kevingood4644 it's more interesting to see the reactions of fans when anyone points out distinctions within Angelina's singing. To a coach or teacher you view everyone as a normal singer and they will always point out and explain these distinctions...thats what they do...dont take offence. This review was fine and she acknowledges the quality of Angelina's vocals and unique exceptional talent...and yes Angelina works with such coaches.
@@c.anderson3444 I certainly wasn’t critiquing this voice coach..not al all..what I was trying to say is that the normal parameters for voice analysis, the normal expectations of what is possible and not possible for an artist, particularly an artist this young ought to be disregarded in Angelina’s case.
After seeing so much of the stuff (Absuloot Garbage that was the last Awards show) we are told is Good now days but having lived to here for the first time such artists as Janis Joplin, Aretha Franklin, Grace Slick, Deborah Harry and Madonna and Cindy Lauper, Female Artists who Sang and many who Wrote fresh and brilliant songs. I have as of late been left to feel hallow, unimpressed and Needing more and Better. This young women BRINGS IT. She gives me hope that Creativity and honest Talent in the Entertainment industry is not dead.
Great, thanks! Actually AGT-C made her lie about her age when she won Norway's Got Talent, so it would be easy on people to do the math... She sang Gloomy Sunday at 7, her first appearance on NGT, but turned 8 during the competition. You might like to watch her sing "I'm a Fool To Want You" a capella for her 2nd appearance, 'the judges cut'! She is a well trained vocal athlete and often does her recordings in one or two takes (per her Norwegian guitarist). Apparently her family brought her to L.A. because her Norwegian teacher/coach said they'd given her all they had. Her family/manager has been very protective of her to this point, so hopefully she is schooled in being careful with her voice!
Angelina usually does not sing with effects or voice enhancements. I can only guess that Republic Records wanted it. It is the first song under that label.
Always good to hear someone who has more to say than "Wow!" As a vocal coach, you probably need to look at her 9 year-old I Put a Spell on You. And, of course, her reinvention of Bohemian Rhapsody. I like the variety of this piece--not mention that she would choose grief and loss as a topic for her first single on Republic. She just released a new original piece, 7th Heaven, which is completely different, a testament to her versatility.
You have a new subscriber from New Zealand but BEWARE! This is a long comment. I hope you have the patience to read to the end. Thank you for discovering and reacting my favourite singer. Fromyou9r remarks I gather that you haver listened to Angelina before but as I am not aware to what extent my comments to a new subscriber might still be relevant. My introduction to Angelina was on her first appearance at Norway's Got Talent and I didn't expect much from a 7-year-old. Just a cute little girl, all nervous, rushing the song in parts, hesitating and then stumbling over or forgetting her words and generally acting her age and doing her best to get through a childish song like "Twinkle, twinkle little star". Well, it was a seven-year-old child who appeared on the stage. She was small and had wild hair and gaps in her mouth, where there once were baby teeth. My first surprise was how she confidently answered questions put to her by one of the judges. She showed no signs of nerves and when she was asked what song she was going to perform, she declared she was going to sing a song by the legendary Billie Holiday. Then she gestured off-stage for the technician to start the music and started singing. Yeah! The body of the 7-year-old child was still there, but the voice wasn't. It was that of a 40-50 year old black woman who had been singing for decades. That first moment of surprise has been experienced many times since then. I have followed her career since I saw that first video on TH-cam and in the years she has been singing publicly she has mastered many musical genres, including Blues, Country, Disco, Jazz, Pop, R&B and Soul, EDM and Rock and covered songs first performed by many famous singers, like Adele, Whitney Houston, Nancy and Frank Sinatra, Billie Holiday, Ella Fitzgerald, Judy Garland, Lana del Ray, Avicii, Bill Withers, Gloria Gaynor, Andy Williams, Elvis Presley, Louis Armstrong and many others: in total over 220 different songs and 82 different performers. She takes ownership of every song she sings while still paying respect to the original. She never goes into unnecessary theatrics. Never sings those high or low notes unless they are absolutely necessary. Never projects herself in any performance which says "look how good I am". She just sings the song as she feels it is meant to be sung. She has the innate ability not only to sing a song as emotionally as the song deserves but to be able to communicate those same emotions to the listener. When you listen to her there is the feeling that you are the object of her attention. She is singing for you alone. I have listened to every interview she has given and every documentary about her and every performance she has ever given. What I will never understand is how a very shy and humble girl in her normal life, can be transformed into the perfect vehicle for the song she has chosen to sing, once she starts to sing. Although the gift of singing and all her performances appear to be effortless, Angelina works very hard to ensure that the one she is going to record reflects what she sees as the correct way to meld both lyrics and melody. If you go to th-cam.com/channels/hM_lpT4shdnsez93QMJPig.html you will find many rehearsals where, not only do you get to see her rehearsing but being the "ordinary" girl she is (if indeed one is able to apply that adjective to her). Most of her performances are recorded in her home studio, either with backing music or a single guitar. Most are done in one take. She treats the whole thing as a hobby. As we would have said when I was young. "There is no 'side' to her" She is completely transparent to the world. Perhaps you would like to go back a few years and work forward. By doing so, you will come to the realisation that she is "unique" and I don't use that word loosely. There is truly no other singer who has her versatility and sheer ability to communicate the emotions of a song to her listeners. I doubt there is another singer who works so hard to ensure that, when she sings the song, it is sung in such a way that her listener becomes enmeshed in the emotions So, here a few recordings for you to consider. age 6 - First visit to a Recording Studio:I who have nothing: th-cam.com/video/RjQZKBpVaes/w-d-xo.html age 7 - Norway's Got Talent - First Audition: Gloomy Sunday: th-cam.com/video/8q7MqdFoibI/w-d-xo.html age 7 - Norway’s Got Talent - Judges' Cut-Off:I’m a fool to want you th-cam.com/video/LXknLZDoRVQ/w-d-xo.html age 8 - Norway's Got Talent - Semi Final: Bang Bang: th-cam.com/video/cSEO3IMVtCI/w-d-xo.html age 8 - Norway's Got Talent - Final: Summertime: th-cam.com/video/443pBSpx5B4/w-d-xo.html age 8 - Concert in Sweden - "I'll be there":th-cam.com/video/VJIwvWdoO3o/w-d-xo.html age 8 - Charity Concert: At last: th-cam.com/video/819bQ9I-T-g/w-d-xo.html age 9 - Studio Performance:I put a spell on you th-cam.com/video/nwFloCPXzCs/w-d-xo.html age 11 - It’s Now or Never - th-cam.com/video/hli1fuk8zQQ/w-d-xo.html age 10 - Norwegian TV Production: Every time we say goodbye: th-cam.com/video/KRSI8HmTHJA/w-d-xo.html One thing which several of the new reactors - and those who have returned to her have decided, is to follow her career from the start. Wow! Thank you so much for such an in depth comment. I will take a look at those videos, I have watched most of them already though I am sure of it. I love her voice and yes she is very unique in her singing style. 😃
Pressure? She has no idea what that is. She has no idea what nervousness is, either. It sounds like you've heard one or two of Angelina's songs before; you should know that you really need to listen to 30 - 40 (she has 130+ different songs on TH-cam) to get a good notion of her range, control, and capability. Allow me to recommend you listen to: 1. "Fly Me to the Moon" for Quincy Jones' 85th birthday gala at the O2 Arena in London at his personal invitation (th-cam.com/video/OMkwoqUNNkE/w-d-xo.html) for an example of her clear relaxed voice. Note; this is the actual concert audio synced to video from a rehearsal, and was the original arrangement that Quincy did for Frank Sinatra. 2. "Wicked Game" (th-cam.com/video/5IAMF4FDfw4/w-d-xo.html) for an example of her a very soft raspy voice. 3. "It's a Man's World" (th-cam.com/video/HEm7tGrjIKk/w-d-xo.html) to hear her belting capacity. 4. "Wake Me Up" (th-cam.com/video/F5omCuTQ9S0/w-d-xo.html) to hear her her exquisite low range. 5. "I'd Rather Go Blind" (th-cam.com/video/pK8mMXQb3_I/w-d-xo.html) and her brand new release "7th Heaven" (th-cam.com/video/N0yK_07a1_U/w-d-xo.html) to hear her trademark jazz rasp.
@Reg Dewitt And I'd be willing to bet that she NEVER had a well meaning adult in her life say, "Oh, you can't do that, can you?" They must have always said, "Yeah, give it a try."
Hi Zoe, it seems for me that you didn't listen to AJ the first time, right?... ;-) ...but I like your reaction and the way you explain for people who want to sing this song what are the points to be careful for not to damage the own voice! For Angelina I think it is no problem, because she sings since she was 1,5 yo and she got singing lessons since the primary school with 6 yo - so I think she knows what she is doing ;-) Here I would like to give you some more information even if you know some of them may be you find some new ones... (this is my "standard comment for firsties" ;-))) ) Welcome to the universe of Angelina Jordan and thanks a billion for this professional and interesting reaction to her - I'm sure to hear more reactions from you! ...because it is... ...too late! "Above the water": th-cam.com/video/SC3F0bKKk3U/w-d-xo.html - interesting voice - even if this is not my preferred genre ;-) ... here her "mini concert" from AGT the Champions (Watch out: With these videos other reactors have the most problems with copyright claims...): "Bohemian Rhapsody": th-cam.com/video/7gQljxeaNuM/w-d-xo.html "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road": th-cam.com/video/NVRWYEk8T3A/w-d-xo.html “Someone You Loved": th-cam.com/video/0go_TIm4jtI/w-d-xo.html Besides she is mostly making her very own arrangement there are some very interesting videos of her, where she uses the original arrangement or a big one of someone else like "I Have Nothing" (Whitney Houston Tribute) th-cam.com/video/eTcvvO6B3Io/w-d-xo.html or "Fly Me To The Moon" in the arrangement of Quincy Jones (rehearsal with concert mixed audio for his birthday party in the O2 arena): th-cam.com/video/OMkwoqUNNkE/w-d-xo.html . And here is a video where it is explained (with English subtitles) why she performs barefoot: th-cam.com/video/A-OKLslO74Y/w-d-xo.html and here an Interview in the Norwegian TV (with English subtitles) from 2015 after she has published her book about the story why she is barefoot when performing: th-cam.com/video/-cCLDY0CSZ8/w-d-xo.html In addition to school she got also vocal training at the Oslo School of Music and Performing Arts after-school program (I read, that this school said, they couldn't teach her more stuff because she has all learned what she could learn in this school ;-) ) - and btw. she plays also grand piano, violin, flute and guitar, make her arrangements herself, wrote a book, sew clothes for herself (partly with art from her grandma like in her first AGT performance and in her music video "Shield"). So she is a real all-rounder and I think all her fans are eager to see and hear what she is doing next... All the other things like more recommendation, chronological playlists and so on you can read in the comments of the mega-fans like Fernando F., Rusty (AJ videos in chronological order th-cam.com/channels/55am_6Y5-Fj4ri8xOInstA.html), Andy Schnell, ... And a little Question: When you react to her cover "I put a spell on you" b/w studio version at 9yo (th-cam.com/video/nwFloCPXzCs/w-d-xo.html - btw. she made most of her cover arrangements by herself!) it would be nice to react in the same reaction video IN ADVANCE to the original from Screemin' Jay Hawkins (from 1956 - Live: th-cam.com/video/7kGPhpvqtOc/w-d-xo.html or another version of it: th-cam.com/video/orNpH6iyokI/w-d-xo.html and here a version from 1990 in Tokyo - I feel, this is like the version Angelina has taken as the model, but I don't know it ( ;-) ): th-cam.com/video/Bb9ag8bch_U/w-d-xo.html or as Audio-Studio-Version: th-cam.com/video/82cdnAUvsw8/w-d-xo.html) that's real fun :-D - and than you will find out that Angelinas cover is a real tribute to Jay Hawkins :-D Thanks a billion again for your reaction! … and see you soon with your next AJ reactions - with greetings from Berlin/Germany :-D Best regards Andreas
Thanks for your insight and appreciation. It sounds like you have listened to some of Angelina's stuff already, so it's hard to make suggestions. Her most current is a fan and reactor favorite..."7th Heaven". A jazzy pop treat which also ends sooner than we want. I hope you go back and react and analyze some of the earlier stuff as well. Either way, I'm a new subscriber waiting for your take on Angelina performances.
Everything she has done is always as she wants to present it. There is no one who has her catalog of recordings, beginning when she was a very little girl and continuing across numerous genres. Before you decide to analyze her, listen to the the TH-cam compilation of 132 songs (partial) that is out there and be ready to realize that there has never been anyone with the versatility excellence like her. Not Amy, not Adele, not Whitney, and they are only a small sampling of the artists that she covers to the point where she will leave you with your mouth open.
This is from 3 years ago. She had just turned 14. This was very emotional for her .. sharing this song about her Grandfather. It was close to the start of covidand she dedicated the song to anyone who has ever lost a loved one.
Thanks for your analysis. I’ve been listening to her for some months now, every day, because her singing makes my day go better. I value her for the emotional surge she adds to my life. Technical observations aside, she MOVES people, she touches their souls and provides insights to songs I didn’t understand until she sang them. In my mind , The Show Must Go On is a masterpiece. Please continue your exploration of Angelina’s music. It will reward you.
I can't know for certain, but I'm almost positive that everything Angelina did in this song, she did on purpose to create the effect she wanted. And, she doesn't do a lot of those things that might not be healthy for her. She tends to put a little bit where she wants it then goes right back to healthier vocals. Personally, I love the song and her performance. Thanks for the reaction, Zoe. Well done!
Hi Zoe! I appreciated your reaction and subscribed to your channel because I like the quality of your review. I realize that as a vocal coach you are analyzing the singer's technique and one of your goals is to provide information to other singers that watch your videos. So, when you warn other singers about the potential harm from overuse of compression and vocal fry, it is not a criticism of Angelina Jordan. It may be that the Angelina was trained as to how to use these techniques in a safe way; however, I think you may be warning singers without this kind of preparation not to imitate Angelina's technique. And even if you are criticizing it is perfectly fine as I'm certain that not all vocal coaches agree on everything. Normally I would not comment on a professional coach's opinion, but I was struck by how many seemed to rush to Angelina's defense even though in the end you noted that Angelina's voice is healthy, given that she can alternate between these techniques and pure tones. Please don't let that dissuade you from future reviews of her legacy or contemporary music because I think you have an important role.
Thank you so much for your comment. I really appreciate it honestly 😃. I just want to make sure that everyone is creating these sounds without pressure or pushing, I am sure she is being looked after well and any type of constricted sound needs constant monitoring by the singer and the Dr's. Thank you for watching to the end though, I heard the clear tone so I was pretty happy with her voice control. Obviously this is me reacting to a recording though. It would be completely different to have her in front of me.
For myself, hoping that you along with Ceci Dover and Wild Music will prove to be the triumvirate that gives the music education that I seek. Educated listening? An outcome much to be desired...
Your actually talking about s girl of 14yrs then who got into a studio @6 won NGT @8 with a rendition of Gershwin's Summertime which was beautiful, has done all the biggest jazz standards from the 1940's onwards and has done every genre of music out there, she might very well be from a technical viewpoint the best singer @15 in the world today, look at her back catalogue and prove me Wrong!
I guess you have not reacted much to her... THESE things she does are not distortions or effects she "adds" here and there.. THIS IS HER voice. Has been for some time. By the way... not a little girl anymore...over 6 ft 1 inch tall. I fully agree with your take away though on need for all proff. at her level to have Trainer/Coach and throat Dr. (not gonna try to type the long -ist name for them)
Any effect you hear coming out of Angelina’s mouth is there by want not by mistake. The scratchiness and vocal fry are kinda her trademarks. Please do a reaction to her newest release Suspicious Minds. It’s a real masterpiece of simplistic ingenuity arranged by Angelina and produced by her grandmother.
oh my! she just dropped a fabulous new original "7th Heaven" .. totally different from Million Miles. I would love to hear what you have to say about it. oh .. btw .. i so adore the cello with Angelina's voice in Million Miles. I love her courage in Million Miles .. truly allowing the full emotion to be present.
Hi Zoe, I just came across your Chanel & isn’t Angelina just superb. I am rather fussy to whom I subscribe to, but listening to your in depth appraisal of Angelina’s performance, I have immediately subscribed to your Chanel. I only subscribe to those I believe have great general music knowledge as many reactors don’t have such knowledge, and basically pander to us, the viewers. All I want is an honest appraisal, which, listening to you, I’m sure you’ll give. This may be a rather long post, but please bear with me. There is a young Soprano by the name of Amira Willighagen who won Holland’s Got Talent at the age of nine, & did so without a single singing lesson. She taught herself by watching uTube videos featuring the likes of Pavarotti, mimicking the mouth movements and breathing techniques. She commenced practicing at age 7. Since her win, she engaged a vocal coach & has since, like Angelina , performed in some 20 countries and sung in at least 5 languages. Opera was not my preferred music genre until I heard her magnificent voice, & I now listen to her daily. Her voice is not only powerful, but the clarity is superb, even in her top register which she performs without strain & does so effortlessly. Amira is a true Soprano with a delightful voice & beautiful vibrato. Her transition from one register to another is smooth & well connected. It’s even difficult at times to know whether it’s her chest voice or head voice. Anyway, I have listed a few of her performances for your reaction consideration. ... Ave Maria by Gomez at the Canisius Church at age 11. This is an incredibly powerful & emotion packed performance. ... Nella Fantasia at age 12. Suggest the live concert performance ... Gabriella’s Song at age 14 . Again suggest the live performance. ... Sound of Music medley at age 15. Amira sings about one octave above the original by Julie Andrews and absolutely nails it. Again , sorry to be so long winded, but I thought you may be interested. Cheers, Graeme ps. Amira has been properly coached / managed over her short career insofar as the number of performances & ensuring her vocal chords are not overtaxed. Amira was 17 years old 3 days ago.
Actually her parents had to hold her back, because all she wanted since the age of three, was to take her grandma's jazz songs to stage and sing them for Simon... So the pressure was all on the parents in way, to give her the semblance of a normal childhood, and not get consumed by the machine 😂
The abrupt ending (and the fact that the last note doesn't resolve) are, I believe, both intentional reflections of the loss and uncertainty that happens when we lose a loved one. A little bit of Angelina's song writing genius on display. Please react to her just released "7th Heaven". There is just an audio version out now but a music video is hopefully coming soon. I enjoyed your analysis.
Angelina Jordan was never forced or told to sing anything. She has always picked her own music & if she wanted arrangements. She is probably the most level-headed child & now adult singer you will ever find..
You haven't learned about Angelina drive. She loves to sing. Her family has turned down major companies. They wanted her to have her childhood. They wanted to make school was first. Angelina plays 4 instruments, arranging her music and writes. Dig to 132 covers. It's amazing.
She designs, she sews, she paints and draws, she speaks Norwegian, Farsi, Japanese (and sings) and of course English as her third language? (Japanese grandfather, Persian grandmother) She’s been doing concerts since eight years old. One concert in South Korea in front of 40,000 people. Calm as a cucumber. And so much more❗️
Angelina has had that raspy voice when speaking as well as singing since she was a small child. Her voice has always naturally moved toward her soft palate and nasal cavities. Only when she really focuses on more breath support and using her chest voice does her voice then clean up a bit. So, it may just be the way her voice naturally works. Difficult to say without actually being able to see her vocal cords in 3d while she sings, right. Just my 2 cents.
This song she wrote expressing the loss of her grandfather makes some vocal choices that are made just to let you feel her pain! She intends to have this song as a comfort for otherd going through the pain of a great loss! Sometimes making you feel the message is more important than the vocal technique! On the last never alone she makes me feel her pain!
Funny isn't it, uou hear vocal failures & technical choices, i hear a story teller of the highest order mastering her craft. In seventy percent of her covers she never ventures into the higher range. Try natural born woman as an example. Ciao...NZ accent?
Great review/analysis! I agree about the abrupt ending. However, I wouldn't want any more notes but rather a natural sustain to fade out of the last note. Then it occurred to me that since Angelina wrote this song for her grandfather who had recently passed away, the abrupt ending may be deliberate and therefore symbolic and poetic in its own way.
Hi. I understand you focus on technicalities, but in the whole picture it seems that you totally missed out how AJ putting her heart and soul into every performance. She adds so much emotions into each performance, that will hit everybody straight in their hearts, expect you, who only tries to give her advice, (like she needs advice?). I wonder how vocal coaches can even give a single advice to someone that is on such a level that you never ever can dream of. There are lots of singers out there, that hit the notes, know the lyrics but never put any emotions into their performances. Thats what make AJ so outstanding.
I do wonder a year later if you've heard her do "I'd rather go blind", or "I have nothing". You seemed so concerned about her pushing her voice too hard in unhealthy ways. Those two songs would really have you scared, but then you'd see she somehow can still sing, and around that time, a year to two before this song, put out loads of songs. There are so many insanely great vocals in so many different ways from her. So I hope the comments that maybe imply your analysis doesn't apply to her isn't taken harshly, and that you went ahead and checked out a lot more. You check out 'my funny valentine' from this year, a more subtle one that is maybe a masterpiece vocally and you know she hasn't hurt anything and has only grown all her tools.
Angelina has pushed her life of singing her parents have allowed her to sing as long as her schooling came first, yes her family is very protective but hardly have pushed her to succeed,, they have even gone as far as only limiting the recording contract to minimal work until her schooling is complete,, and republic records know what they have and Have been good so far in sticking with the family's wishes ,, Angelina will make any sound she wants to make on covers and on her originals if she stays in the lines of what some people say is correct then she would not be where she is today, I personally like the sounds no matter what any coach or critic might think,, Angelina Jorden has accomplished more in her 16years at this point Than most people accomplish in a life time...
I know this is a long time since last post. If you listen to Angelina's speaking voice she has a lot of natural raspy sound to her voice, so I'd guess it's easier and less damaging for her to attain that rasp.
Thank you for reacting to Angelina. She need and deserve more publicity. Her latest coversong came out 2 days ago, and it is BRILLIANT. Adele-All i ask. th-cam.com/video/8gJuprckBxI/w-d-xo.html
I’ve known Angelina since she was a tiny girl. Your reactions are sometimes pretty good but some of your comments on her vocal production are just off the mark. Also your assumption that as a winner of Norway’s Got Talent she was subjected to intense pressure to perform most of her life so far was way off the mark. The family of Angelina has been and continues to be fiercely protective of her childhood and how and when her talents are used. Her vocal coaching is some of the best in the world. Nothing she does is outside the capability of her voice. Her voice has never been abused in any way. She has not ever been PUSHED TO DO. Not ever. Do not assume she has STAGE PARENTS or anything like. She does not. Your criticisms of vocal usage by her is also off the mark. Everything sh e does is intentional. Besides that she does not have to break away and do things her way! Ridiculous. She has been a jazz and blues lover since she could barely talk. Her choice. Her spirit and exposure to this music was a natural outgrowth of her preference at that very young age wherever it was that preference came from. It was internal. Your squints and smirks of what you perceive as damaging mistakes are off the mark so far they have no meaning. I suspect your critical acumen is not up to the task of analyzing a naturally gifted singer such as Angelina. Her contract with Republic Records includes her absolute right to write, sing, arrange, orchestrate exactly what she wishes. She does not have to struggle against the industry to do the music that calls to her. You are projecting your own struggles perhaps and wrongly criticizing perceived flaws where what you are encountering is actually pure technique. She knows what she is doing every second she sings. Her voice is healthy and will remain so for decades to come. Again, you are just not up to the task of understanding or analyzing this otherworldly talent. I am not a fanboy or club member. I am one who knows FIRSTHAND not second hand or by wish or rumor. A bit of research about the singer you are reacting to would be appropriate.
I watched your facial expression when she got up high. You're the only one on every reaction video who didn't seem to enjoy it. You got your technical book out but Angelina knows exactly what she is doing. Maybe she could give you a lesson. Stunning vocals. Nothing to critique.
Thanks for your comment, this wasn't a critique it is more because I know young singers want to emulate the sounds and I want people to do it under supervision. I did at the end take it back though once I had heard the clean tone. If she has been signed off by an ENT and had a clean scope I would gladly eat my own words. I think we want to hear so much of the scratch in singing these days that when you do it without regular Dr's supervision you can potentially cause serious injuries to your voice.
Ok, makes sense since you explained it that way. I've seen a few vocal coaches react and haven't heard that analogy before. I do respect though your care for young singers.
Best talent I ever heard. Humble, classy, generous, and incredible skills.
Pretty sure she's heard a lot of AJ based on her statements throughout the video, just never reacted to her.
We are witnessing something special, with total control. She is creating vocal effects without any stress. We will be learning from her.
She is far more professional than vocalists twice, even thrice her age.
this song is written by Angelina in memory of her grandfather but she has dedicated it to everyone who has lost someone close
She has a ton more to see, so I will look forward to your next one :)
Also I always try to leave this for anyone new to Angelina so that they can learn a little more about her background, and her kind and caring soul.......
*Angelina Jordan*
- Angelina Jordan was born Jan 10 2006 in Oslo, Norway. She is currently 15
- She began singing at the age of one and a half
- At 2 or 3 she discovered Jazz through her grandmother and started studying all the greats from Jazz history with youtube videos.
- In an interview after the show, when asked what she was going to do with the prize money, the 8 year old replied, "I would like to give it to orphans that need clothes and shoes"
- When Angelina was 9 years old she became the youngest published author in Norway, when she wrote a book about the story of why she doesn't wear shoes when she sings.
(she can cover Amy Winehouse and Lana del Rey like nobody else)
- Angelina has collaborated with some very big names over the last few years... Quincy Jones, Mark Ronson, David Foster, Alan Walker and many more. All of which heard her and were blown away by her talent.
- Angelina has written four of her own original songs: "What is Life", "Shield", "Oslo", and "Million Miles" (all are amazing...all can be found on youtube)
In summary, Angelina Jordan is destined to be one of the greatest singers to have ever lived.
On March 19 2021 Angelina released her latest single "7th Heaven"
She has done so much already, but at 15 she is just getting started!!!
Angelina Jordan 7th Heaven, new release!!
She has just recently released her new single "7th Heaven". Another treat from the Barefoot Princess, so to speak.
Great reaction!!!for me i love the last part and the chorus.... i admire this young genius artist... in to your channel ma'am... thanks.✌
Thank you so much!! 😃
She has signed with Republic Records, million miles was the first singel, she dropped her second a few days ago called 7th heaven
7th is amazing imo
.. BUT WHY....FFS .. why did she sign a deal ... I hope they do not destroy her ... next thing ya know she will be half naked twerking.... * and i know she has full family support etc.. .. BUT )
beautiful song by a beautiful person inside .
100% Agree Dave! The more I look into her the more I appreciate her amazing personality and dedication to her music.
The show must go on Angelina Jordan
There is a friendly joke going around in the trade: "If you are thinking of recording a record, understand if Angelina decides to do a cover on it, it will probably be better than the original!"
I do appreciate your professionalism. It would be great if you could combine your analysis with an emotional reaction to how she is singing (interpretation and the soulfulness from her heart which is unmistakable). Your comments were very fair but you were too much like a machine.
Nice reaction to this beautiful song and performance by Angelina!
I would love you to react to her new original "7th Heaven".
New subscriber here 😉
To help angelina, you have to buy her music from streaming music channels like Spotify, Amazon music, and iTunes. Streaming repeatedly on Spotify helps as well. We want to get her on the radio by contacting your local radio stations, and increase her rankings on the charts. She should be way up there based on her Talent. Thanks for supporting her.
Love Angelina but she's forgetting that some people don't have WiFi..! Need physical cds.....!!!!!
The abrupt ending was the way she lost her grandfather. Abruptly. Jeg elsker henne.
I don't worry about Angelina hurting her vocal chords as she has been training them since she was two years old and professionally trained since age six at her school. She has a huge arsenal of 'bells and whistles' and 'ornaments' to make her voice singular among performers.
Fantastic to hear. Her low volume also helps with keeping it all in check.
Best advice? When considering Angelina..Chuck the rule book out the window. Enjoy your journey ))
Good one Kevin!
@@kevingood4644 Angelina is just one of a kind. She has brought music back to be a big part of my life after 15-20 years of it being very minimal.
100% Agree Coyote! She is wonderful!
Fantastic to hear! What an amazing step for the family to make for her. Incredible.
She used that rasp ever since she was little. I also hope that she won't damage her vocals long-term.
Angelina usually does not sing with effects or voice enhancements. I can only guess that Republic Records wanted it. It is the first song under that label.
Great reaction, thanks from Italy🇮🇹 👍🏻
Thanks for watching! 😃
Can guarantee you will get thousands more subscribers. I'm one of them.
You have a new subscriber from New Zealand but BEWARE! This is a long comment. I hope you have the patience to read to the end. Thank you for discovering and reacting my favourite singer. Fromyou9r remarks I gather that you haver listened to Angelina before but as I am not aware to what extent
my comments to a new subscriber might still be relevant.
I doubt there is another singer who works so hard to ensure that, when she sings the song, it is sung in such a way that her listener becomes enmeshed in the emotions

One thing which several of the new reactors - and those who have returned to her have decided, is to follow her career from the start. If you should decide to do the same, go to Rusty Shackleford's website and look at the list he has compiled of Angelina songs in chronological order.Rusty Shackleford - Chronological order th-cam.com/channels/55am_6Y5-Fj4ri8xOInstA.html
Allow me to recommend you listen to:
@@ek-1707 great chose for the songs to show her versatilely
Hi Zoe,
it seems for me that you didn't listen to AJ the first time, right?... ;-) ...but I like your reaction and the way you explain for people who want to sing this song what are the points to be careful for not to damage the own voice!
For Angelina I think it is no problem, because she sings since she was 1,5 yo and she got singing lessons since the primary school with 6 yo - so I think she knows what she is doing ;-)
Here I would like to give you some more information even if you know some of them may be you find some new ones... (this is my "standard comment for firsties" ;-))) )
Welcome to the universe of Angelina Jordan and thanks a billion for this professional and interesting reaction to her - I'm sure to hear more reactions from you! ...because it is...
...too late!
From now on you are assimilated in Angelinas entourage! Resistance is futile...
Even if you won't believe it and if you are in denial about it: Only listen to one song sung by Angelina Jordan and you are hooked on listening her voice! May be you aren't aware of it yet... a legend says in rare cases there are humans who can resist.... but I can't believe it ;-)
Every time it's a pleasure to watch people reacting to Angelina Jordan - especially when it is the first time - and I hope to see more of your reactions on Angelina Jordan... ;-)
May be you wonder, what videos you should next react to ;-) ...
There is a big pile of over 130 videos on TH-cam with Angelina Jordans rehearsals, covers and originals...
She is born 10th January 2006 in Oslo/Norge (English is her 3rd language ;-) ), sung her first notes of a Whitney Houston song with 18 months (link see down), started researching the internet for Jazz 3 yo, entered Norske Talenter (Norwegian Got Talent) 7 yo and won it 8 yo, was on AGT The Champions (recorded Oct. 2019, aired Jan. 2020) where she didn't won - some rumours say because she/her mother didn't sign the contract with the enterprise of Simon Cowell for to stay independend - meanwhile she has signed with Republic Records (musicnorway.no/news/industry-talk-michael-astar/).

2. "Above the water": th-cam.com/video/SC3F0bKKk3U/w-d-xo.html - interesting voice - even if this is not my preferred genre ;-)

Besides she is mostly making her very own arrangement there are some very interesting videos of her, where she uses the original arrangement or a big one of someone else like "I Have Nothing" (Whitney Houston Tribute) th-cam.com/video/eTcvvO6B3Io/w-d-xo.html or "Fly Me To The Moon" in the arrangement of Quincy Jones (rehearsal with concert mixed audio for his birthday party in the O2 arena): th-cam.com/video/OMkwoqUNNkE/w-d-xo.html .
And here is a video where it is explained (with English subtitles) why she performs barefoot: th-cam.com/video/A-OKLslO74Y/w-d-xo.html and here an Interview in the Norwegian TV (with English subtitles) from 2015 after she has published her book about the story why she is barefoot when performing: th-cam.com/video/-cCLDY0CSZ8/w-d-xo.html
In addition to school she got also vocal training at the Oslo School of Music and Performing Arts after-school program (I read, that this school said, they couldn't teach her more stuff because she has all learned what she could learn in this school ;-) ) - and btw. she plays also grand piano, violin, flute and guitar, make her arrangements herself, wrote a book, sew clothes for herself (partly with art from her grandma like in her first AGT performance and in her music video "Shield").
So she is a real all-rounder and I think all her fans are eager to see and hear what she is doing next...

And a little Question:
When you react to her cover "I put a spell on you" b/w studio version at 9yo (th-cam.com/video/nwFloCPXzCs/w-d-xo.html - btw. she made most of her cover arrangements by herself!) it would be nice to react in the same reaction video IN ADVANCE to the original from Screemin' Jay Hawkins (from 1956 - Live: th-cam.com/video/7kGPhpvqtOc/w-d-xo.html or another version of it: th-cam.com/video/orNpH6iyokI/w-d-xo.html
and here a version from 1990 in Tokyo - I feel, this is like the version Angelina has taken as the model, but I don't know it ( ;-) ): th-cam.com/video/Bb9ag8bch_U/w-d-xo.html
or as Audio-Studio-Version:
th-cam.com/video/82cdnAUvsw8/w-d-xo.html) that's real fun :-D - and than you will find out that Angelinas cover is a real tribute to Jay Hawkins :-D
Thanks a billion again for your reaction! … and see you soon with your next AJ reactions - with greetings from Berlin/Germany :-D Best regards

She is absolutely amazing
Thanks for your insight and appreciation. It sounds like you have listened to some of Angelina's stuff already, so it's hard to make suggestions. Her most current is a fan and reactor favorite..."7th Heaven". A jazzy pop treat which also ends sooner than we want. I hope you go back and react and analyze some of the earlier stuff as well. Either way, I'm a new subscriber waiting for your take on Angelina performances.
Damn, you did your homework
Everything she has done is always as she wants to present it. There is no one who has
her catalog of recordings, beginning when she was a very little girl and continuing across
numerous genres. Before you decide to analyze her, listen to the the TH-cam compilation
of 132 songs (partial) that is out there and be ready to realize that there has never been
anyone with the versatility excellence like her. Not Amy, not Adele, not Whitney, and they
are only a small sampling of the artists that she covers to the point where she will leave
you with your mouth open.
This is from 3 years ago. She had just turned 14. This was very emotional for her .. sharing this song about her Grandfather. It was close to the start of covidand she dedicated the song to anyone who has ever lost a loved one.
How beautiful! She is such a fantastic person and artist all in one!
It always make sense to me, Angelina ending her songs by her amazing voice only :-D
Fantastic. I will have to keep listening. Fabulous song though.
Angelina ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
you have just witnessed the birth of the best female vocalist in the world imo
Thanks for your analysis. I’ve been listening to her for some months now, every day, because her singing makes my day go better. I value her for the emotional surge she adds to my life. Technical observations aside, she MOVES people, she touches their souls and provides insights to songs I didn’t understand until she sang them. In my mind , The Show Must Go On is a masterpiece.
Please continue your exploration of Angelina’s music. It will reward you.
I really love your reaction and technical analyst Zoe 😍
Thank you so much! 😊
You want clear vocals? "Every time we Say Goodbye" by Cole Porter.......
close your eyes and listen and don't talk.. This is the real stuff, i' dont care if she sang at the same level.
Beautiful reaction and interesting technical analysis! I am number 575 to LIKE 🙂
Thank you so much for such a lovely comment! 😊 Thanks for watching!
(not gonna try to type the long -ist name for them)
Great to meet you. Growing a fan base in USA, love all her songs. Looking forward to more from you.
Nice to meet you too Bruce! Thanks for being here ;)
Any effect you hear coming out of Angelina’s mouth is there by want not by mistake. The scratchiness and
vocal fry are kinda her trademarks. Please do a reaction to her newest release Suspicious Minds. It’s a
real masterpiece of simplistic ingenuity arranged by Angelina and produced by her grandmother.
Interesting reaction. I would love to hear your analysis of Angelina's videos of I'd Rather Go Blind and I Have Nothing ( w. Houston cover)!!
I'll check it out!
oh my! she just dropped a fabulous new original "7th Heaven" .. totally different from Million Miles. I would love to hear what you have to say about it.
oh .. btw .. i so adore the cello with Angelina's voice in Million Miles. I love her courage in Million Miles .. truly allowing the full emotion to be present.
loved your reaction, this girl is already a superstar
Suggest the live concert performance
... Gabriella’s Song at age 14 . Again suggest the live performance.
... Sound of Music medley at age 15. Amira sings about one octave above the original by Julie Andrews and absolutely nails it.
Again , sorry to be so long winded, but I thought you may be interested.
Cheers, Graeme
ps.
Zoe you have to react to "it's a mans world"
the live performance.
I love all of them.. but I think my favorite is wicked game.
NEW NEW Angelina Jordan Cover - “When You Believe” by Whitney Houston ft. Mariah Carey - Switch Hit
(Japanese grandfather, Persian grandmother)
She’s been doing concerts since eight years old. One concert in South Korea in front of 40,000 people. Calm as a cucumber.
And so much more❗️
Many say she has a chameleon voice , all I can say is I love her music . Enjoyed your reaction , thumbs up to you
Thank you! I think she is amazing!
Check out 7th Heaven, two days ago.
She is BEST
She is 😃
Great reaction to this Masterpiece.
Please next: Angelina Jordan "All I ask" Live cover of an Adele song.
That could be it! Thank you for your comment, I appreciate it.
She’s singing to her grandfather who passed away
Her new song 7th Heaven
She never had pressure put on her. Her decisions were her own. Always have been.
Best contemporary female singer ¡
I really don't think you can truly evaluate Angelina 's type of vocals. Yes, she has had some training, but a lot of her style is unique to her.
You should hear her at seven! Nice reaction, thank you.
I'll check it out! 😊
Hi Ryan, I will take a look at it thank you! I think she is fabulous.
Great breakdown and God Bless!
Hi Robert, Thank you for your comment I definitely think that Angelina is one fantastic performer.
I know this is a long time since last post. If you listen to Angelina's speaking voice she has a lot of natural raspy sound to her voice, so I'd guess it's easier and less damaging for her to attain that rasp.
Hmm could be pathalogical, you never know because we need to look at it with a camera ;)
Autumn Leaves
ooo love that song.
Beautiful 😃🤩😃
She is amazing!
Thank you for reacting to Angelina. She need and deserve more publicity. Her latest coversong came out 2 days ago, and it is BRILLIANT. Adele-All i ask. th-cam.com/video/8gJuprckBxI/w-d-xo.html
OK then, I hear you, but what about the lead singer from AC/DC?
It is my understanding that Angie has always been with a vocal coach. I could be wrong.
7th Heaven!!!
