Guerlain recently released Les Parfums line which include a Habit Rouge and Vetiver version. The other one released was a L'Homme Ideal Parfum.
I was unable to find details of the actual concentration, so please feel free to let me know.
These are just very early impressions on my skin.

Lovely video Pep. I’ll need to try them. I think the original will always be my reference Vetiver though- it’s so beautiful ❤️
Great video and I enjoyed it and I'm going to try these fragrances and have a blessed day

Cheers Pep ,appreciate your thoughts and comparisons,I feel like most Parfum releases of late, a less bang for your buck and less Parfum concentration than one would expect of a traditional Parfum from back in the day, cheers mate I will stick to the edt versions for sure 🙏✌️👍
Very helpful thank you Pep ✌🏻🙏🏻
Totally agree with your take on both! Vetiver Parfum was good, but the OG is a slightly fresher and more “complete.”
For Habit Rouge Parfum, it also wasn’t as complex or complete as the EDP (my favorite version), but I have to try it on skin. The Le Lion nod seems enticing, actually.
Thanks for the video!
Wonderful review, Pep. I've not smelled these, but I think I'll stick to my EDTs, too. For some fragrance profiles a parfum version could be really interesting (if the original already trends dark and rich) but when you have a perfume that has a kaleidoscope of notes (great description, btw!) like Habit Rouge then a parfum would seem to flatten it a bit.
That's how it seems here
Thanks Pep. From the sound of it, I'll stick to the EDTs as well.
But I do enjoy a good Labdanum, interesting.
Thank you! Was hoping you would review these.
Both of them are amazing
These grew on me, especially the HR parfum. It has something classical about it and has massive performance.
Hi. The parfum (5 sprays layered with 1 spray rouge privé is Bomb..so good.... But i have them all except the dresscode flanker. Love it and yes the edt still the best.
Nice sweater!
I was excited to see this pop up in my feed and get your fuller takes on these.
Interesting that Habit Rouge Parfum skews ambery as it dries down. I wouldn't have necessarily expected that twist (I would have predicted just more and more vanilla, to be honest).
It definitely seems "heavier" in the base.
L´Homme Ideal Parfum is also part of the series :) Take care
I love the vetiver edt and hr edt. I don't want to compare the parfums with the edt's or I might miss what Jelk beautifully created. No doubt many noses will appreciate these parfums more as they wear and experience them more and more.
Nice tfs
Heritage seems very close to le lion you should try it
I have Heritage edt, i don't get the similarity with Le Lion
@@TheScentinel edp
I keep hearing habit rouge parfum is very similar to dress code?
@@maxmidnight8469 not my impression at all
@@TheScentinel ty! I'm a huge fan of the edt...and gourmands... I'm intrigued enough to get it.
Pep, based on your experience, do you think parfumes smell better (i.e. Developped, stronger, more solid, etc) as they aged? - What are your top 3 oldest parfumes that you keep and do you find them more interesting as they aged? | Thanks for what you do.
I am not sure how many people will agree with me here, but i can't say objectively that any of my older bottles like Egoiste, Eau des Baux have changed in smell. I keep them away from light and heat, and they are well preserved. Honestly, my take is that when i notice a change in a scent, it's actually my nose that has changed more than the perfume.
Spot on, my take was similar. Nice but not enchanted. If you hadn't smelt the original you'd wonder what the fuss was and move on. Kind of a shame they ( the professionals) felt the need to do this, as if they misunderstood the beauty of the original.
❤❤❤WHAT A TREAT, PEP❤❤❤❤❤
I didn't sample these, but from what I got from various impressions; guerlain is following the trend of juvenile, loud and banal perfumery that everybody does these days.
I wish they would make something like l'homme ideal line again....
