What a descent ! I have vivid memories of doing these two cracking Munro’s in 2007. I also had a mountain bike descent but punctured half way down. No repair kit but the Attadale stalker, Tom Watson was up there and kindly gave me a lift...just chucked the bike in his pick-up. Did them in April in temperatures in the high seventies. What memories you are providing for me.....thank you.
Great video.Pretty cloudy on the summits when i done them at the start of September so wasn't really worthwhile putting a video together. Your cycle out....wow....was with you the whole way, lol. Could feel it in my arms trying to steer my way
I am up there next year and wouldn't mind having a go at this route. It is the sort of route where I would be grateful of the bike because it looks like a very long and footsore walk back to Attadale, whereas the track looks (mostly) bikable all the way to loch Calavie.
