    I have been doing this for 2-3 times and it's really painful and effective. I mean, until now nothing worked my abs as much as this program. Nor wood chop neither rope crunch. This is the best workout for ABS. Thank you Scott! I love your videos. Keep up the good work man!

    I remember this video two years ago when i was just 13 it has really impacted my life. If your lookink for a workout that works its definitely this one thank you Befit and Mr.Herman.

    What I like about Scott's tutorials is he just gets on with it... Some people with great ratings, they spent ages talking before showing. Some of us have no time for that. Keep up the good work, Scott... Music is crap though.

    Hi Scott.
    Great video, as always! I have been trying to do this for a while and I can do 3 of the 4 exercises pretty well. But the floor oblique crunch is an extremely hard one and seems kind of impossible for me! Is there an alternative for that one? Please advise.

      Thank you Jakazu for defending the male gender.. Unfortunately we live in a society where is cool to objectify the male body..Many men are guilty of this mentality since they laugh whenever women treat men as sex objects... For instance, whenever a female teacher rapes a boy there's always some ignorant , pathetic men saying "I was I was that body! he was so lucky!" It's also "funny" how it's ok for women to talk trash about fat or even short men (shortness is a genetic trait) yet if a man says anything negative about a fat woman he is labeled as a pig.

    Love this workout but my back arches when I do the reverse crunshes and I feel like I'm sliding. Idk if it's my shirt thats just moving?... What am I doing wrong?

    Dammnnnnnnn..this shit was hard for me..I had a baby so I'm tryna get back my body and when u mentioned the mommies at home I waa excited, I said hella yeahh cause I'm desperate to get back in shape.       +sami cardenas It's good to exercise from a very young age and keep fit, but u r still a kid. Don't be too hard on yourself. There's still time. Don't take any artificial stuff that only messes up with your organs. (I know a guy who used to be skinny and now that he's thirty-something he's very thick and I bet he wish he hadn't done what he did)

    Sneaky Scott. I see that the last round for the reverse crunch is longer than 1 minute. LOL.
    BUT it is okay I got an extra workout so I guess it is fine. BUT at lest say that it is over 1 minute.
