I listened as I was walking and it's interesting what you say about the gym I was actually thinking of asking you if you do the gym as well, I personally don't often but I wonder if I 'should' for building muscle but actually yoga can do so much for your full body! These are just what I needed to hear thank you 🙏🏻💕
I prefer to make sure I’m building well rounded strength with glute targeted Pilates & yoga sculpt. Otherwise long walks & short runs. This is whats working over the past few years as it’s what I enjoy ✨🤍
