The Yoga Tradition, by Georg Feuerstein. Scholarly, fascinating, about the history and varieties of yoga, by arguably the most knowledgeable western expert on the subject.
umm , I thought It would be the authenic books ( the ones which are written in 2nd centuary Bc ) cause i understand the language ( sanskrit , it is still taught to keep tradions alive ) but no recommendation on those interseting edit 1 : so this video was supposed to be for yoga instructors book , i didn't knew that . I was looking vid for my resach paper and stuff .

Is there yoga books about moveing muscles knots out of the body i have aot of knots sometimes i can shift it out but sometimes i cant
