Wow! So delightful Easter buns, turned out so soft and delicious! Wish I could have a bite! Nicely done and presented! Thank you for sharing such a wonderful recipe! Big thumbs up
I've been searching for the yeast recipe for years now. I'm going to give it a try. I love the little round bun from national, and this will definitely make me feel more at home. I need to get the ingredients..but I will definitely try. Are there any substitutes for the Guiness /Malta and molasses?
Hi! Toya this recipe looks delicious and inviting. Only thing missing is measured for the ingredients which I’d love to try. Nevertheless thanks for sharing 💕💕
60 Celsius kills yeast, so I am wondering if the stout shouldn't have been left at room temperature, and only melting the butter. Perhaps that's why proofing was long...🤷♂️
@@dreddiknightshe DID put the yeast in warm water with something else ,i dont remember what else and then set aside in a small dish b4 she start combining the dry ingredients,i hope you saw it by now !!😅

You bun look amazing I will definitely try one day I am a little scared because it’s a lot of ingredients
It can be quite intimidating but its quite easy once you have all the ingredients 😊
Hey I'm trying to follow this recipe how much yeast do I need to add?
2 1/2 tsp or or 1 packet instant yeast
Do you have to use yeast?
Thank you for sharing this recipe without egg. I don’t like egg in buns.
You are welcome 😊
Buns looks amazing 👏 how long you kneaded before 1st proofing ?
Between five and eight minutes
Did this recipe gave you two or one buns and did you let it rest twice for rising? If so what time is both?

Hi Toya! Thanks for the recipe how many oz or ml of the Guinness did you use?
I just use one bottle of the regular size
@@ToyasKitchen do you happen to know how many oz/ml is the regular size? I’m trying to make the recipe and can only find the larger can 😅
@@misslotsofsmiles 12 oz
Why yeast and baking powder. ???
It makes it a little softer for longer time
@@ToyasKitchen ok
Toya I’m a little worried here, wondering if I’ll be able to chew the bun when Easter comes! Here I am being lured by your bun again!
Lol don't worry sis a little piece won't hurt that much 😅

She didn't heat the yeast though, unless I'm misunderstanding what you're saying?

You did not give us the amounts of the ingredients so it's not a recipe anyone can try.
This method is very tedious.
