This is my favourite Easter bun. We call it Bay Bun because Old harbour bay people make this kind of bun.

DRY Ingredients
4 c Flour
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp mixed spice
1/2 nutmeg freshly grated
1 tbsp yeast instant
WET ingredients
1 bottle Guinness Stout
2 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
1 c fruit wine
1 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp melted butter cooled
1/2 tsp salt
Desired amount
mixed fruit peel
raisin
106 C = 300 F

You can also mix yeast with warm water when is started froth on top its ready to use
