Ugh, I know. It's not always easy to be a one man videographer and groundskeeper/property maintenance person (I don't know what else to call Andrew with the latter 2). I myself am a videographer (I don't get as much video as Andrew does at times but, still), and, sometimes it sure is a pain to get good perspectives, even just editing alone can be a bit of a pain. Both I know about as I do both pretty much next to all myself.

This clip got me amazed... again... watching it for the 3rd time or so while waiting for the new upload! Great organization of work! It got me thinking that you would love to have some kind of tree splitter on your excavator. I saw one on your bobcat or the other small loader, but this excavator did great work here. Imagine replacing thumb with sheet of steel and bucket with 2 closely located sheets and you could move and cut lying tree into smaller chunks. On those two sheets weld some kind of horizontal bar to push trees down.

The roots dont go very deep on those trees either. Typical NE 🇺🇸 soil type. Very rocky and full of clay. The roots just kinda spread out and dont go very deep. Really easy to get trees blown over in a good storm too.
